procrastination and addictions and stay determined to achieve the set goals. Everyone should practice self-discipline
in order to lead a good life.

does not indulge in addictions such as smoking, drinking, etc. He also resists the temptation to have junk food. He

work. Thus, he does not just dream about leading a healthy and wealthy life he works hard to make it happen.
