Eating – healthy / unhealthy lifestyle

If we would like _________ lead a healthy way of life we should pay attention to many
things. We _____________ to eat healthy food, do exercises on a regular basis and try to get
rid of stress and find what makes our ______________ and mind switch off.

A regular way ________ life is very important to good health. It’s important to have your

wholewheat bread and pasta because they contain less sugar and fat and they are full of
fibres and minerals.

food with too many calories. You should control the amount of fat and carbohydrates

Diet is the greatest factor in lifestyle. Poor diet and inactivity cause and often lead to obesity, high
blood pressure, type 2 diabetes or cardiovascular diseases.

Eating a healthy, balanced diet means cutting down on foods that are high instaurated fat and sugar.

Regular exercise help pretvent a wide range of health problems. Due to regular exercise you will feel
better about your appearance which means it boots your self – confidence and self-esteem, it also
helps provide quality sleep which contributes to overall health and well-being, it has good impact on
impact on mental and physical health.

Sedentary lifestyle means that peple spend most of their days sitting and lying down and they burn
little energy. Obesity can not be treated with mediaction it is also important to change our lifestyle
and diet and consume less fatty food and sugary drinks.
