Guidelines/instructions for preparing the Practical course File:

• Front Page should carry all the particulars in same format that is annexed in attachments.
Students should take Printout of the same and then fill.

• File must have an index with page numbers. Index should be on second page.

• Project file shall be single hand written only. Handwriting should be neat and legible.

• Use plain A4 size paper. Write on one side of the paper. Leave back side of each paper
blank.

• File shall contain minimum 100 pages or more be spiral bound. Every page should
have a page number.

• CAUTION : Photo-state practical files shall be rejected, and can never be allowed in any
case to be eligible for evaluation. No money should be offered or paid to anyone for the
practical examination, if any student, staff or faculty found in the same, criminal case will
be lodged against both the parties.

• Duly prepared Practical File consisting of two components (1) Assignment and (2) Case
Comments, is to be carried and submitted after checking by the faculty in-charge for Viva-
Voce of the Practical Examination. The File shall be approved by the concerned faculty.

VIVA-VOCE SCHEDULE :

• Viva-Voce schedule will be announced as the schedule gets fixed.

• Every student has to be in the proper advocate uniform (without band) for the 'Case
Review' Presentation and the Viva-Voce both.
• On the Viva-Voce Day each student has to carry with him his Valid Examination Admit
Card of the LL.B. - Sem. III & BA.LL.B. – VII for respective students.
