    Dear Doctor,

    Greetings!

    The municipality of Kibawe has supported and is continuing to support


    the government’s campaign against illegal drugs. Various activities have been
    undertaken including coordination with the PNP for assessment of persons who
    used Drugs.

    After Training of Trainers on Community Mental Health- Substance Use


    Disorder on Community Based Drug Rehabilitation Program for the physician
    and paramedics, it’s a time also to cascade the training to the Community
    Health Workers who serve as our partners.

    In line with this, I would like to request your good office to give free and
    out of charge medical certificates to 16 Stem students of Kibawe National High
    School.
