    COMMON ANNUAL MAINTENANCE FOR


    DISTILLERS-2009/2010
    CONTRACTOR “SCOPE OF WORK”

    1. Cooling sea water valves – Full Maintenance to be done.


    2. Cooling sea water strainer for Unit “B” replacement(Leak Condition) and
    for “Unit A”&”Unit C” -Full Maintenance
    3. LP steam header 62” – inspection, cleaning (hydro jetting) has been
    done.
    4. Inspection of bulge (patch welding) for LP steam header & repair if
    required.
    5. Steam pressure reducing station – all MOV and Hand operated Gate
    isolating valves – full maintenance have been done.(12”).(HP Steam
    reducing station no 5 East pressure control valve 112(Isolating) gasket
    leak & drain Valve to be replaced.
    6. Heat exchangers ( 6 No’s) – tube cleaning (hydro jetting) and inspection
    have been done, Hydraulic Test to be done.
    7. Distillate to header “A” & “B” MOV valves HC-425 and HC-426 for all
    units (6 No’s)-Full Maintenance.
    8. LP header safety valves (6 No’s) – Full Maintenance.
    9. All safety valves for HP header inspection and Partial Maintenance.
    10. For all distillate units MOV HC-701V and HC-702V (6 No’s) full
    maintenance have been done.
    11. For all distillate units MOV HC-604 Full Maintenance have been done (3
    No’s).
    12. For all distillate units MOV HC-605 Partial Maintenance have been done
    (3 No’s).

    13. Maintenance of distillate header valves HV – DIS – 125 A+B distillate to


    re-carbonation plant and MOV HC-427V, HC-428V Full Maintenance to
    be done.
    14. Cooling water pump “C” – Partial Maintenance
    15. Cooling water pump “A”,”B” -Full Maintenance
    16. Cooling system for distillate units D1,D2,D3 main valves to headers- Full
    Maintenance
    17. Air compressors room – air receivers No: 1,2,3 inspection & Painting if
    required(Inside)
    18. Safety valves for air receivers- Full Maintenance to be done.
    19. Air compressor “C” -Full Maintenance to be done.
    20. Air compressors “A”,”B” Partial Maintenance have been done.
    21. Air driers No. 1a,1b, and 2a,2b – inspection , cleaning and maintenance
    for all valves .
    22. MOV HC-603 for D2 , D3 -Partial Maintenance and D1-Full Maintenance
    to be done.
    23. Full Maintenance of Deluge v/v’ s(8 No’s) to be done.
    24. Partial Maintenance of Isolating (Gate Valves) for Deluge Valves (16
    No’s),Isolating valves for control room, sea water & recarbonation area.
    25. HC 621 MOV -Full Maintenance to be done.
    26. Steam Drain Tank for “D2”unit Full Maintenance to be done (Leak from
    Tank).

    ANNUAL MAINTENANCE 2009/2010


    COMMON SHUT-DOWN.
    “MANPOWER SUPPLY” SCOPE OF WORK

    1. Inspection & cleaning of Cooling / Sealing Water Line, Strainers and


    valves for Sea Water Supply Pumps.
    2. Sea Water Intake - Screen Washing System & Cooling Water Line –
    inspection & cleaning (pipes, strainers & valves maintenance).
    3. Cooling Water Lines, Drains (for Cooling Pumps), Strainers and Valves
    for all pumps for Distillate Units “D1”,”D2” and “D3” – maintenance
    ( Line to be flushed ).
    4. All steam and water leakages near the Distillate Units to be repaired.
    5. Expansion Tank – cleaning.
    a. Drain v/v – maintenance.

    6. S.W.I. System & Distillate Units Common System – all minor defects
    to be repaired.
    7. Drain Valves for all Pumps on Distillate Units – maintenance.
    8. Service water line all valve Full Maintenance.
    9. All Steam Traps & Drain Traps Maintenance (For Header).
    10.Steam drain line inspection/replacement if required.
    11.Bucket Strainer(Cooling water) Gate Valves Full maintenance.(6 Nos)
    12.HC-701 Condensate to Drain Isolation valve, Check Valve Drain Valve
    Full Maintenance (for D1,D2,D3).
