MONTHLY ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH 2022
I. Pupil Development
1. The pupils received and retrieved Self Learning Modules (SLMs).

2. The pupils joined and participated in the virtual kumustahan with their respective advisers. Feedbacking
among parents was also conducted.
3. Pupils accomplished additional activities and interventions given by the teachers.
II. Staff Development
1. Teachers and school heads attended a virtual flag-raising ceremony every Monday and a flag retreat every
Friday.
2. Teachers attended staff meetings.
3. Teachers facilitated the distribution and retrieval of modules.
4. Ma’am Maricel L. Infantado attended Division Webinar on Gender Equality for Education via zoom last
March 1-2, 2022.
5. Ma’am Evelyn V. Perez, school head, attended the closing program of the Values-Based Leadership
Training Program last March 3, 2022.
6. Ma’am Edelmira G. Reyes, District Supervisor conducted monitoring and validation for limited face-to-
face classes in school last March 7, 2022.
7. Ma’am Edelmira G. Reyes, Ma’am Angelita Baltazar, Sir Daniel Ortega, and Sir William Ortega
validated the classrooms and school facilities for limited face-to-face classes last March 10, 2022.
8. All teachers and students participated in the First Quarter Earthquake Drill last March 10, 2022.
9. The school head attended Division Validation of Progressive Implementation of Face-to-Face classes last
March 15, 2022.
10. Sir Jeffrey B. Villangca, attended the Consultative Meeting of School ICT Coordinators last March 26,
2022.
11. All teachers had their free eye examination or checked up last March 22, 2022.
12. The school head attended the National Orientation on RPMS-PPST last March 21-23 and Instructional
Leadership last March 21-24, 2022.
13. The Electoral Board members attended 2 Day Seminar of EB for the NLE 2022 last March 23-24, 2022.
14. The school head attended the Management Committee Meeting (MANCOM) for March last March 30,
2022.
15. The school head attended Division Hybrid Orientation on the Induction Program for Beginning Teachers
(Enhanced Teacher Induction Program for SY 2021-2022) via MS Teams last March 31, 2022.
III. Curriculum Development
1. School head checked the Weekly Home Learning Plan of teachers.

2. Continuous implementation of DepEd Programs and Projects about the application of the MELC and
interim guidelines in the distribution of modules.
3. The School Head monitors the printing of SLMs for the Third Quarter.
IV. Physical Facilities Development
1. Cleanliness of the surroundings and physical infrastructure of the school is well-maintained.

2. Disinfection of the school was monitored. SLMs were also disinfected thru sun drying and fogging
solution.
3. Maintaining the physical facilities safe for everyone.
4. Mural paintings of the school stage.

V. Community Linkages
1. GPTA continuously participated the Gulayan sa Paaralan Project.

2. Initiated meetings among the newly elected GPTA Officers in the school. Discussed different projects and
programs of the school for the new normal.
3. GPTA officers participated in the disinfection and cleanliness of school facilities.
4. Coordinated with Captain JonJon Roque on limited Face-to-Face, vaccinations, and other related projects
in school.
