OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY:
We are on a mission to reinvent the way we eat the food by replacing all plastic
utensils with our edible options to drive towards the idealogy of “plastic free life”. We are a
small group of individuals from various backgrounds and cultures. Although we were a world
apart, our shared passion for sustainability led us to find one another from around the globe.
Together we pledged to surmount the plastic problem that has been ignored for too long.We
as a team are into a notion to create more sustainable products like edable and flavoured
straws and spoons to add a small tinch of twist to the cutlery industry. UAE is working
towards the aim to replace all the plastic and reusable cutleries with our products.

Use & Eat is on a mission to remove plastic waste from the ocean. By 2050, there
will be more plastic than fish in our oceans (by weight). You can help preserve nature by
switching from plastic and eating your spoon. Our neignbours in the ocean deserve it. Make
your next picnic or party as incredible as you are.

VISION AND MISSION:

Our mission is to provide a sustainable, eatable single-use cutlery alternative that will
eliminate the use and adverse impacts of all types of single-use plastic cutlery.

Plastic cutlery is considered one of the most common pollutants and waste found
nearly everywhere – in landfill, forests/natural habitats, water bodies, or oceans. Estimates
show that of the 3.4 million tonnes (per year) plastic waste generated in Australia, less than
10% is recycled, and about 130,000 tonnes of plastic waste enter the environment.

The Use N Eat Edible Cutlery is a revolutionary, sustainable alternative to other


single-use cutleries, be it wooden, bio-plastic or paper-based. The Use N Eat edible cutlery is
made from naturally sourced ingredients such as wheat & mixed grain flour, spices and
flavours and is 100% biodegradable and can contribute to the circular economy.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
USE AND EATS is a startup idea that focuses more on the environmental side rather
than reusability. Each cutlery is designed and manufactured in a unique way to satisfy the
needs of the customers and in an attractive way. Made from dough of wheat, jowar and rice
powder, the edible spoons are crunchy and available in three different flavors: sweet, salty
and plain. Spices like rock salt, cumin seed and black pepper are mixed with the dough to
make spoons delicious in taste. Not only this, there are flavours that change according to the
seasons, taste and demand of the markets. This is an helpful for people with OCD and other
where they can carry their own cutlery for their use. The also carry health benefits and are
100% natural and organic without additional flavourings
TARGETED CUSTOMERS:
In the beginning phase of the business, we would like to expand our market towards
the service industries like restaurants and café to introduce them to the public. The main aim
is to replace the steel and plastic cutleries with our product. Restaurants and café with a focus
to create a plastic free space are the main market spread like ISHA YOGA , CAFE

Since most of the people in todays world are running towards heathy lifestyle it is one of the
best use for such kind of customers too as they are made of whole wheat, oats , etc…
according to the custamization

COMPETITORS:

There are very less competitors in this field as these kind of sustainable products are
booming only in the recent times. A few competitors who supply these kind of products
online are a major competitors, but are not the same product as USE AND EAT

We have a unique concept of health, flavour and sustainability together which is not
readily available in current markets.

The political factors play a huge role in not only investment decision by transnational
corporations but also by companies such as – Cutlery Bakes. Political environment and other
factors not only impact the cost of doing business but also long term sustainability. Some of
the political factors are – governance system, democracy & institutions, military coup
chances, probability of armed conflict, law and order in market etc.

Economical-
Economic factors of a country and region have a direct impact on the potential attractiveness
of a given market. Some of the economic factors that Cutlery Bakes should evaluate both in
the present market and one in which it wants to enter are – inflation rate, GDP growth rate,
disposable income level etc.

Social factors such as demography trends, power structure in the society, women
participation in workforce etc have immense impact over not only the country's economy but
also on workforce talent availability and level of consumer demand
