Currently I’m working in Oil & Gas domain. Supporting XT projects on Electrical Routing & Hydraulic Tubing,
Product structuring as a Design Engineer.
Projects: Small Bore Tubing for XTs (Horizontal, Vertical Trees)

Key Responsibilities:
 Cad design of components and assemblies in Creo.
 Understanding hydraulic schematics and mechanical drawings.
 Following procedures, technical drawings and schematics.
 Being able to work in dependently or as part of a team.
 Completing technical reports: experience in the using windows 7 & 10, Excel, word. (To compile test
results& write technical reports)

3) Epiroc Drilling & Mining through Atlantis Labs, (8-May-2017 to 9-Aug-2019)

Key Responsibilities as a Design Engineer:
 Experience in assembling of OD laser electrical systems for mining Trucks, Cabinet Wiring installation,
Electrical Control Box design.
 Experience in wearing harness parts selection-connectors, connector accessories parts Protective covers,
Conduit selection, Junction pieces selection, Adaptors, Backshells, Wire gauge selection, Terminal
selection, cable selection , terminal selection, Heat Shrink Boots, slice concept.
 Experience in manufacturing 2D harness drawing preparation 3D modeling routing and installation /
information fitment for trucks.
 Knowledge in electrical components - Battery, Relay, Fuse, Switches, Sensor, ECM, Lights, Solenoids, Motor
and Alternator.
 Experience in design and wire size calculation as per component electrical load.
 Experience and schematic reading.
 Strong knowledge in concept design routing and wiring harness securing and selection of mounting
hardware like clips/Clamps, Grommets etc..
 Creating and modifying sheet metal parts, weldment assembly and drawings.
 Created weldments for Mounting OD Laser Camera. Routed cables to New Cabinet Deck.

Project 1: PV 230 (Cab less, Electrical wiring installation)
 Assembling of OD laser installation, Cabinet installation, Cabinet Wiring installation, drawing creations to
 represent installations for each cable.
 Created Weldments for Mounting OD Laser Camera. Routed cables to New Cabinet Deck.
 Created Drawings for Cab Deck base weldment, Sub-Assemblies and parts.
Project 2: PV 270(Cart for Hydraulic Tank)

 Designed cart for hydraulic tank (consists of Base frame, tank resting frame, C-plate, Lifting assembly,
storage tray, detachable handle. Stowable nose and weldment, cart installation assembly, cart assembly).
 Created drawings for (Base frame, Lifting assembly, storage tray, detachable handle. Storable nose and
element, cart installation assembly, cart assembly, cart installation, caster wheels, hinges).
 Created step files for FEA analysis. And delivered the models to the customer after the peer along
with drawings.

Project 3: PV 230 & PV 270/275 (Electrical Wiring Installation)
 Created assembly and drawing to show how the cables are connecting from electrical BOX to Bulkhead and
ISO BOX.
 Created drawings in order to show two different assembling options for Cooler and Dust collector.
 Created installation assembly having Main frame, power pack, Cooler, Dust collector, Cab, ISO box to
represent cables from ISO BOX.
 Created brackets & assembled electrical BOX-3 on PV machines.
 Created BOM, Assembly and Drawing for Field kit for the PV machines.
 Replaced Cameras and created new cabling.
Project4:DiamondBack40
 Created base frame weldments and bracket drawings.
 Drawings created for Compressor installation, engine installations, Pump drive installation &
for main assembly.
