    Dear Sir:

    This has the reference to the complaint with Reference No. 18-467.

    This is to formally inform you of the actions taken by this Office pertaining to the on-going Illegal
    Construction of a certain warehouse located at No. 5 Don Manuel St. Kaingin Rd. Brgy. Apolonio
    Samson, Quezon City.

    In view of foregoing, administrative hearings were conducted by this Office. On 06 March 2018,
    were complainant appeared and Lea Lozada a representative for the respondent personally appeared. On
    the same date the Hearing Officer submitted the case for resolution.

    Pending resolution of the case, the respondent submitted Building Permit with numbers
    BP180506167 issued on 15 March 2018 covering two (2) storey warehouse building located at Lot4531-
    B, 4531-C and 4531-D, Kaingin Rd. Apolonio Samson, Quezon City.
