1. In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 86, s. 2022 titled School Heads

Activities for Professional Enhancement (S.H.A.P.E), the Schools Division of
Oriental Mindoro announces the list of participants and learning facilitators in
the conduct of MIMAROPA Region SHAPE on May 15-20, 2023 at the Regional
Education Learning Center (RELC), Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro.
2. The activity aims to support the beginning school heads in their

professional development to better perform their roles in schools as well as to
introduce them to the pursuance of career progression and various national and
international reforms.
3. The participants to this professional learning and development activity are

selected through the guidance of Regional criteria as well as in coordination
with Public Schools District Supervisors, Human Resource Management Office,
and Human Resource Development Section, and in accordance to equal
opportunity principle.
