Supervise the implementation of the CHS's plans and programs throughout the PRO, establish and chair the Regional Multi-
Faith Pastoral Council under LOI 17/10 SUGO, conduct religious, moral and spiritual enhancement activities for PNP personnel
and their dependents, perform liturgical, para-liturgical and devotional practices for moral and spiritual growth of the
organization, provide pastoral and family counseling for PNP personnel and their dependents, sign communications,
certifications, and reports to be submitted to the respective PNP offices/units, supervise the personnel assigned in the RCHS
and perform other tasks as directed.
