Quality Control: Concrete Pre-Pour Checklist

This concrete pre-pour checklist summarizes the requirements that must be verified before a concrete pour can take place. It lists 13 items that must be inspected, including ensuring all formwork, rebar, anchor bolts, piping, and other inserts are correctly installed. The form area must be free of debris. Once the quality control inspector has initially verified all items, the pour can be approved by signatures from the SI foreman, quality control, and client.
