INTRODUCTION
The main objective of the internship is to Develop and improve business skills in
communication, technology, quantitative reasoning, and teamwork. Observe and
participate in business operations and decision-making. Meet professional role
models and potential mentors who can provide guidance, feedback, and support.

In Eenadu Television PVT. LTD. The main objective is to know the over all aspects of
the company process from scratch to revenue in television industry.

We are told to learn the functions of all departments to grasp a minimum


knowledge of how to work goes around and how we can make it efficient.
COMPANY PROFILE
ETV is an Indian general entertainment pay channel. It is owned by Ramoji Rao
under Ramoji Group. It was the second 24-hour Telugu Satellite channel . It was
also one of the earliest private satellite channels in South India. Eenadu Television
Private Limited is a Non-govt company, incorporated on 30 Apr, 1991. It's a private
unlisted company and is classified as ‘company limited by shares.

The network was launched on 27 August 1995 with its first broadcasts in united
Andhra Pradesh in 1995. It also has a HD version which was launched on 29 July
2016 under the name ETV HD. The channel is the 3rd most watched Telugu
language TV channel with an impression of 1228.2 AMA during 10th week data of
6-12 March 2021 according to BARC ratings.

ETV Network completes 25 years. The journey that began in 1995 went on
to set new benchmarks in the regional broadcast arena, making ETV as one
of the popular television channel networks.

Recently the flagship company ETPL launched four new television channels
in November 2015 - namely ETV life - a health and wellness channel, ETV
Abhiruchi, a cookery channel, ETV plus - an entertainment and reality
channel, and ETV cinema - a movie channel in Telugu language.

METHODOLOGY

OBJECTIVE OF STUDY

 To gain more knowledge through vision and practically in the


marketing department.

 To understand the problems faced by Marketing and sales


department.

 To gain knowledge about how communication works and


improves work efficiency between employees, managers, etc.

 working closely with different team members to learn more about


the company

LIMITATIONS
Limitations for the marketing

• It is the study of human behaviour (prediction of customer needs).

• Supporting management in the decision making.

• Helps in the launching of new products.

• Having good communication and presentation skills.


MAIN TEXT
AREA OF OPERATION
For the SIP program my eight weeks of internship period in the organization is
decided to work under Marketing department, to learn important aspects of
Marketing, its functions and understand the operations undertaken by ETV
PVT.LTD.
Marketing is the activity, set of institutions, and processes for creating,
communicating, delivering, and exchanging offerings that have value for
customers, clients, partners, and society at large. Thus, the practice of marketing
requires knowledge about how works is done, how its split between departments,
daily marketing trends, knowledge about competitors, insight knowledge, etc.

MY ACTIVITIES

PRESENTATIONS: mentor has given few case studies according to that we have to
generate new ideas about the business plan of the product and marketing the
product, handling competition, target segmentation. At the end of the work time,
we need to present to our mentor.
LIVE LEARNING: knowing the process of the various departments (programmers,
production, operations, marketing and sales department, advertisement account,
schedule management, distribution). and been watching how marketing and sales
department works to improve the revenue by contacting different agencies and
clients where communication plays a big role, the correct way to express your
thoughts with being arrogant.

STRATEGIES AND REAL TIME PRESENTAIONS: By working directly under general


managers and other employees, the mentors are very helpful in correcting us and
mentioning new strategies and quick terms and them being courteous we were
having a good example of how presentations should catch the eyes and how the
thought process should go while presenting something to the clients or higher ups.

REAL TIME PROBLEMS: The mentors provided us with real time problems so that
our knowledge can grow not only about the television industry problems but also
about societal problems.

CONCLUSION
From these 30 days experience in a corporate, I got a good exposure about what
really the corporate life is about. It is walking along with targets and mind stress
every morning. The person who can manage these targets and stress are shining in
those fields. If one set his target high and continuously strive towards that, nothing
is impossible. The only thing required in our field is the right attitude or a positive
attitude towards attaining one’s goal.
