The seller violated Amazon's drop shipping policy by not having sufficient inventory and not properly educating employees. Their account was deactivated in February 2023.

The main reasons were not having sufficient inventory, hiring an uninformed VA, and not being aware of Amazon's policies.

The seller has reviewed policies, implemented training, ensured product and supplier compliance, established monitoring processes, and taken other corrective actions.

Dear Amazon,

Account Veri cation & Seller Performance team

I am writing to appeal the deactivation of my Amazon seller account,

which I understand was in accordance with Section 3 of the Amazon
Business Solutions Agreement, speci cally a violation of the Amazon
Seller Code of Conduct. I apologize for any violations that may have
occurred and any
inconvenience this may have caused.(https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/G1801)

I understand that Amazon's drop shipping policy is in place to ensure a positive

customer experience, and I assure you that I am committed to following all rules and
regulations moving forward. I have taken steps to ensure that I am in compliance with
Amazon's policies, including reviewing the list of prohibited dropshipping activities and
verifying that my suppliers are authorized to sell on Amazon.

The Root Cause of Drop Shipping Policy Violation:

The main reasons for violating the drop shipping policy are:
My seller account was deactivated on February 21, 2023 due to insu cient inventory. I
am fairly new and did not know the Amazon policy. I hired a trusted VA who didn't do
proper research before buying a product. I was making a few mistakes and at that time I
was not aware of Amazon policy.

Thank you for bringing the recent violation of Amazon's drop shipping policy to our
attention. After conducting an internal investigation, we identi ed the root cause of the
violation and took immediate action to resolve the issue and prevent any future violations.
1. We determined that the violation occurred because we did not follow Amazon's
drop shipping policy on delivering items on time.
2. In addition, we were out of stock of some products and had insu cient inventory, we
were unable to ship the item to the customer for which the customer was confused.
3. We also admit that we have not properly educated our employees
Amazon's drop shipping policy, and we take full responsibility for overseeing it.

4. We previously managed to start FBA and started shipped the item from our warehouse
a few months ago.
5. We did not educate our sta about Amazon Drop Shipping Policy

Actions We Have Immediately Taken:
1. Reviewing Amazon's drop shipping policy in detail to ensure full understanding
of
the policy.
2. We have developed an internal training program to educate our employees
about Amazon's
drop shipping policies and will make it mandatory for all employees to
complete the
training before they can work on our Amazon account.
3. We have implemented a process to review and ensure that all our products
and suppliers are in compliance with Amazon's drop shipping policy.
4. Establishing a process to monitor and verify that all supplier agreements are in
compliance with Amazon's policy.
5. We have taken the necessary steps to identify ourselves as the seller of
our products on all
packing slips and other information.
6. For future better business we are following amazon policy to avoid amazon

Amazon's Seller Code of Conduct I understand that the suspension resulted

from my failure to comply with Amazon's policies and guidelines, and I take
full responsibility for my actions.
After reviewing the policies, I identi ed the root cause of the violation and
developed an action plan to address the issue and prevent any future violations.

The violation was caused by my insu cient listing, which is a violation of

Amazon's Authorized Service Provider policy. I understand that this is a serious
violation, and I have taken the following steps to resolve this issue:
1. I keep the product in stock in advance in my Wearhouse, so that the
customer does not face any problem, and can receive the product at the right
time.
2. I have immediately removed all products associated with the violation from
my account.
3. I have read and familiarized myself with Amazon's Seller Code of Conduct
and I will
Ensure that I comply with all applicable laws and
Comply with all Amazon policies at all times.
4. I have updated my account information so that it is current and accurate.
5. I have taken steps to ensure that my listings accurately represent my store
and I will

never misrepresent my store in any way.

6. I will always act in a manner that ensures a trustworthy experience
for Amazon's customers, and I will never list products that could
cause harm to Amazon's customers.
7. I understand the importance of providing accurate information in my
account, listing, content, and images, and I will never engage in any
misleading,
inappropriate,
or o ensive behaviour, including communication with Amazon and its
customers.
8. I will act fairly at all times and will never engage in any activity that could
be construed as manipulation or "gaming" of any part of the buying or
selling
experience.
9. I will never take actions that could manipulate customer reviews,
including directly or indirectly contributing false, misleading, or
inauthentic content.
10. I will never engage in activities that could be perceived as
manipulation of Amazon's search results or sales rankings.
11. I will never engage in actions that intentionally damage another seller,
their listing,
or their ranking.

Amazon's policies and guidelines. We understand the gravity of our mistake and
are taking immediate steps to rectify the situation and prevent future violations.

To prevent such violations from occurring again, we have taken the following steps:
*Hire a person to keep a track on inventory.
*Set up a tracking system- Software will update automatically as a code is written in
excel which will subtract the inventory whenever an order is confirmed.
*Vacation mode will be used going forward in emergency situations.
* I will switch all of my o ers to FBA.
* I will never con rm orders without shipping them and will not contact customers
to ask them to cancel their orders.
* I will monitor all estimated arrival times to make sure that they are on or
before the expected delivery window and double-check shipments every day
before the shipment cut-o time

• We have reviewed Amazon's policies and guidelines and have taken the
necessary steps to switch our entire catalogue to FBA (Ful lment by Amazon).
By using FBA, our products will be stored, packed, and shipped by Amazon.
This means that we will not handle the product at all and Amazon will be
responsible for all customer service, returns, and refunds.

• In addition, we have taken steps to ensure that we are fully compliant with the
Amazon Seller Code of Conduct. We have reviewed the code of conduct in its
entirety, and have trained our team on its requirements. We have also
implemented procedures to monitor and enforce compliance with the code of
conduct on an ongoing basis.

• We understand that switching to the FBA model is the best way to ensure
compliance with Amazon's policies and avoid any violations in the future. We are
fully committed to comply with all of Amazon's policies and provide our customers
with the best experience possible.

• We respectfully request that you review our appeal and consider reinstating our
account, now that we have transitioned our business model to FBA and ensured
compliance with the Amazon Seller Code of Conduct. We are more than happy to
provide any additional information or documentation that you may need to make
a decision.

I am committed to ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies going

forward, as evidenced by the following steps I am taking:
• I will be extra careful in providing our customers with a good, trustworthy,
and reliable product to avoid any further policy violations.
• I will work to meet Amazon's performance standard policy to ensure
that My account meets or exceeds the expectations of Amazon's
customers.
• I recognize and appreciate the opportunity Amazon has provided me to sell
and expand
my business and will do everything in my power to meet Amazon's high
standards.

As a business, we understand the importance of complying with Amazon's policies

to maintain a fair and competitive marketplace. We have reviewed and fully
understand Amazon's policies and guidelines and have taken steps to ensure our
future compliance with them. We have also implemented measures to prevent the
recurrence of the policy violation.

We are grateful for the opportunity to do business on Amazon's platform, and we

are committed to following all of Amazon's policies and providing customers with
the best experience possible. We ask for your understanding and for another
chance to continue our business on Amazon's platform.

I am very thankful for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Please consider reinstating my account so that I may continue to sell on
Amazon's platform.
Thank you for your consideration.
