    Please note in this connection the 700 shares were registered in the name of VINOD VRAJLAL THAKKAR under
    Folio No. V000110. Since the value of the said shares is more than the threshold limit of Rs. 5 lakhs, we on behalf of
    the Company will further proceed with this case as per the order of the Mumbai High Court.

    As the dividends paid by the company to Folio No, V000110 remained unpaid for more than 7 consecutive years or
    more, in the pursuance of the IEPF Rules, the said 700 shares registered in the name of VINOD VRAJLAL THAKKAR
    under Folio No.V000110 have already been transferred to IEPF on 10-NOV-2022.

    This is for your information.

    We will further assist you by providing the unpaid dividend data and issuance of ENTITLEMENT LETTER in favor of
    the claimant on receipt of the said Court order.
