This portable and versatile all-purpose pump may also be used for bilge
pumping, job site dewatering and transferring oil from barges, bladders and
other temporary storage devices.
The E150 pump is offered with the Elastec TDS118, TDS136 and Magnum 100
drum skimmer packages.
PERFORMANCE

2. Remove the four 5/16” x 3/4” bolts from the pump adapter.
3. Remove the pump adapter and motor assembly from the volute.
4. Check for debris and wear in volute; clean or replace if wear is excessive.
5. Remove the socket head cap screw from the motor shaft.
6. Install 3/8-16 bolt into impeller until it hits shaft. Then turn until impeller is
removed.
9. Remove two 5/16” x 3/4” and two 5/16” x 1” bolts from hydraulic motor and
remove motor. The handle will be removed during this process.
10. Check pump adapter for wear and replace if wear is extreme.
12. Remove the old seal (refer to pages 8-9 below for detailed instructions).
13. Install new seal; make sure the seal is seated in the bottom of adapter plate.
15. Test run and check for oil leakage before returning pump to service.

screwdriver to maintain pressure on the impeller so the cap screw can be removed.
4. Using a 9/16” wrench, install a 3/8” - 16 bolt into the hole from which the cap screw has just
been removed, until the bolt hits the impeller. Turn the bolt until impeller can be removed.
