Result Date: 22.02.2023 Time: 1.00 p.m.

General Guidelines
(1) All admissions are provisional. Students will be admitted only on the basis of submission of various
supporting documents as listed below.
(2) Students who fail to produce necessary supporting documents as per their Application Form will not
be admitted and their seats will be transferred to other eligible candidates in the direct admission round.
(3) In respect of admissions, the decisions of the Admission Committees of the respective Training
Centres will be final and binding.
(4) The candidates who have already sought admission in the previous rounds will not be considered
for admission in the Direct Admission round.
(5) Students who have not been allotted any centres so far and have qualified CSAT may contact any
centre directly for admission till 28.02.2023.
(6) Students who have appeared for the CET and have not sought admission at any centre may contact
the following centres for admissions directly till 28.02.2023:

Documents Necessary for Admission:


Documents to be submitted for admission to SIAC & PITCs (In PDF Format Only, File Size Less than 5 MB):
(a) Birth Certificate OR SSC Passing Certificate for verification of Date of Birth.
(b) Graduation/Post graduation Mark Sheet OR Passing Certificate
(c) Caste Certificate, for all reserved category candidates.
(d) Caste Validity, as required.
(e) Non-creamy Layer Certificate valid upto March, 2023, for all Non-SC & Non-ST Reserved Category
Candidates.
(f) EWS Certificate, for EWS candidates.
(g) PWD Certificate, for PWD candidates.
(h) Orphan Certificate, for orphans.
(i) Minority Certificate, for candidates seeking admissions in Minority Quota.
(j) Aadhar Card.
(k) Undertaking on Rs. 100/- Stamp Paper (Refer to Annexure – 1)
(l) MKB Documents (Graduation Certificate from Institution located in MKB region + Certificate from the
Head of the Intuition certifying candidate’s mother tongue to be Marathi and had Marathi Language
as one of the subjects at SSC Exam + Letter from the concerned District Collector that his/her parents
are the domicile of MKB region as one PDF).
(m) Transfer Certificate from the previous institution to be submitted for admission to PITC, Amravati,
Aurangabad, Kolhapur & Nagpur.

Documents to be submitted for admission to YASHADA (In PDF Format Only, File Size Less than 5 MB):
(a) Birth Certificate OR SSC Passing Certificate for verification of Date of Birth.
(b) Graduation/Post graduation Mark Sheet OR Passing Certificate
(c) Caste Certificate, for reserved category candidates.
(d) Caste Validity (For ST candidate only)
(e) Non-creamy Layer Certificate valid upto March, 2023, for all Non-SC & Non-ST Reserved Category
Candidates.
(f) EWS Certificate, for EWS candidates.
(g) PWD Certificate, for PWD candidates.
(h) Orphan Certificate, for orphans.
(i) Minority Certificate, for candidates seeking admissions in Minority Quota.
(j) Aadhar Card.

(l) Domicile Certificate of Maharashtra.
(m) Valid proof of residence (Ration Card/Electricity Bill/Election Card/ Voter ID/Telephone Bill)

Documents to be submitted for admission to BARTI (In PDF Format Only, File Size Less than 5 MB):
(ONLY CANDIDATES belonging to SC Category)
(a) Birth Certificate or SSC Passing Certificate for verification of Date of Birth.
(b) Graduation/Post graduation Mark Sheet or Passing Certificate
(c) Caste Certificate (Only SC Category)
(d) Caste Validity.
(e) Income Certificate of Family (Max. Limit from all sources Rs. 8 Lakhs)
(f) PWD Certificate (More than 40% disability)
(g) Aadhar Card.
(h) Domicile Certificate of Maharashtra.
(Candidates seeking admission to BARTI will carry Blank Stamp Paper of Rs. 100 for submitting undertaking.
The institution will take print and students will have to sign the same and submit to the institution)

Documents to be submitted for admission to PCMC (In PDF Format Only, File Size Less than 5 MB):
(ONLY CANDIDATES belonging to PCMC Region)
(a) Birth Certificate or SSC Passing Certificate for verification of Date of Birth.
(b) Graduation/Post graduation Mark Sheet or Passing Certificate
(c) Caste Certificate (Only SC Category)
(d) PWD Certificate (More than 40% disability)
(e) Aadhar Card.
(f) Undertaking on Rs. 100/- Stamp Paper (As per the format to be provided on SIAC Website)
(g) ANY ONE documentary proof from Ration Card, Passport, Driving License, Property Tax Payment
Receipt of the Property in PCMC Region, Aadhar Card, Election Card or Electricity Bill in his/her or
parents name for establishing their residential status within PCMC Region.

Documents to be submitted for admission to CDIAC, Thane (In PDF Format Only, File Size Less than 5 MB):
(a) Birth Certificate or SSC Passing Certificate for verification of Date of Birth.
(b) Graduation/Post graduation Mark Sheet or Passing Certificate
(c) Caste Certificate
(d) PWD Certificate
(e) Aadhar Card.
(f) Undertaking on Rs. 100/- Stamp Paper (As per the format to be provided on SIAC Website)
(g) Domicile Certificate.
Documents to be submitted for admission to UPSCCETC, Ambernath (In PDF Format Only, File Size Less than

(Note: Candidates seeking admission to BARTI will have to carry Blank Stamp Paper of Rs. 100 with
them, while seeking admission along with other documents. The institutions will print the
undertaking and the students will sign the same at the time of admission)

1. I am not an employee of the State or Central Government or any of the government institute
and I have not taken any benefit of this institute prior to 2023. If I do so, I will be liable to
refund the amount of expenditure incurred on me and that the amount of deposit paid by
me will be liable to be forfeited.

2. I will not engage myself in any type of full-time Course or any Part-time/Full-time
employment during the duration of the guidance programme.
3. I will be regular and punctual in attending the offline/online lectures and all offline/online
tests organised by the Centre.
4. I will read the notices on Whatsapp/Telegram Group of the respective batch daily and note
the schedule of classes, tests and any changes therein and also instructions/messages, if any.
5. I will submit the duly filled in “Examination Form” for appearing in the UPSC – Civil Services
(Preliminary & Mains) Examination - 2023 and submit a copy of the same to the Centre. If I
do so, I will be liable to refund the amount of expenditure incurred on me and that the
amount of deposit paid by me will be liable to be forfeited.
6. I will accept the amount of stipend (which is dependent on the attendance for offline/online
coaching and tests and as per the policy circular of the institute) without any complaint.
7. I will not involve myself in political activism and/or sectarian and divisive activities.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I have carefully gone through the terms and conditions of the above undertaking and understand
that in case of infringement of any one or more terms and conditions by me, I shall be liable for
disciplinary action including withholding/reducing/refusing the payment of stipend or recovery
thereof, the cancellation of admission and the recovery of the amount of expenditure incurred on
me as arrears of land revenue.
