Rosehip Liqueur: Ingredients Directions

Rosehip Liqueur is a light and easy to prepare liqueur that captures the flavor of rosehips in the autumn. It contains rosehips, sugar, vodka, vanilla bean, and strips of lemon or orange peel. The ingredients are placed in a jar and left to soak for 4 weeks before being strained and poured into a bottle, where the flavors will mellow over the course of a year. The resulting liqueur will keep indefinitely due to its alcohol and sugar content.
