Travellers looking to visit Canada must fill out an application form (eTA). This document is required when boarding a

It is imperative that you arrive for check-in at least 3 hours prior to your flight.
Passengers are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents (passport, visa or other required documents) that
comply with the entry and exit requirements of any country visited. Certain countries require a valid passport for a
period of at least six (6) months after the expected return date. Passenger travelling in Canada must hold a passport,
which must be valid until the date of the intended departure from that country. Given that entry and exit requirements
may change without notice, please consult www.travel.gc.ca for more information.
This ticket is governed by the airline tariff filed by Air Transat with the Canadian Transportation Agency and is subject to
the liability limitations stated therein. The Montreal Convention and the Warsaw Convention may also apply and limit Air
Transat’s liability in the event of a delay, death or bodily injury or loss or damage to your baggage.
If you are denied boarding, your flight is cancelled or delayed for at least two hours, or your baggage is lost or damaged,
you may be entitled to certain standards of treatment and compensation under the Air Passenger Protection
