● Completion of the degree in the minimum time period is

recommended only for students who plan to study full-time.
Other students are encouraged to take fewer number of courses
per Academic Year.
Note:
• Academic year starting dates and other course activities for

BTech, BIS, and ACAT Programmes are held as scheduled in the
Student Guidebook 2022/23 and Activity Diary 2022/23.
Separate information will not be sent individually to the students.
You need to check the Faculty of Engineering website if more
information is needed.
• There will be a post-orientation session, after the new

registration period. You will be informed of the date and time at
the registration as well as through the Faculty of Engineering,
