Dear Sir,

Your notice, dated 10/10/2022, given by you on behalf of your clients,


Smt. Aditi Balwani W/O:- late SH.Neeraj Balwani ,R/O:-Flat no-
243,Dhudial Apartment, Madhuban chowk,Pritam Pura, Delhi-110034,
was served on my client, Shri. Tarandeep singh and my said client , has
placed the same in my hands with instructions to reply there to as
under:-

1. That the description of the premises, the monthly rent, the


month of tenancy, as stated in your notice, are correct, and it
is also correct that the said premises have been occupied by
my client through registered lease deed dated 21.10.2021.

2. That the only thing which you forget to mention in your legal
notice is about the refundable advance security which my
client has deposited to your client.

3. That the 5th point of your notice is correct that two cheques
of my client get bounced due to some reasons but it is also
true that as soon as your client inform my client about
cheque bounce my client has made payment through online
transfer and in cash for both cheques and the rent due is
cleared up to date.

4. That my client has invested an amount of Rs 5,00,000/-


( Five Lakh ) on interior , flooring ,wiring , furniture and other
necessary fittings which my client is ready to sell out to your
client in half rate or if your client is not interested then my
client need time of 15 days to remove all fittings.

5. That as per your legal notice my client is ready to vacate


your client shop one month before 15/12/2022 that is on
15/11/2022 as it is of no use for my client.
6. That my client is ready to clear electricity and water bill of
the said premises before giving you the physical possession
of premises.

7. That through this legal notice i am informing your client that


as she urgently need the shop to be vacate my client is
ready to vacate the aforesaid shop before 15/11/2022.

That through this legal notice it is requested to you


kindly ask your client to contact my client and return full
security deposit and take the possession of your shop and if
there is any misunderstanding between your and my client
kindly clear it and reply within 15 days from the receipt of this
notice failing which my client shall not be liable for any loss
and charges.

(Copy of legal notice is also kept at my office for further


ready reference if required in the future.)
