Resolution No. 13

The Sangguniang Barangay of Taguitic, Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte passed Resolution No. 13 S-2022 during a special session on July 13, 2022. RESOLUTION NO. 13 S-2022

“RESOLUTION REALIGNING PORTION IN THE APPRORIATIONS FOR PURCHASE OF GARBAGE


TRUCK UNDER THE 20% DF FOR CY 2021 IN THE AMOUNT OF PH 45,000.00 AND TO
REPROGRAM THE WHOLE AMOUNT INTO REHABILITATION OF VOLLEYBALL COURT. “
WHEREAS, an amount of Ph 50,000.00 was appropriated in the 2021 Annual Budget under the
20% Development Fund for Rehabilitation of Volleyball Court.
WHEREAS, an amount of Ph 350,000.00 was appropriated for Purchase in Garbage Truck in the
2021 Annual Budget under the 20% Development Fund.
WHEREAS, the amount of Ph 50,000.00 appropriated in the 20% DF for Rehab of Volleyball
Court is not enough for its completion.
WHEREAS, Purchase of Garbage Truck under the 20% DF for CY 2021 has not been
implemented as certified by the Barangay Treasurer.
NOW THEREFORE, after due deliberation and upon motion of Kag. Rogelio O. Semense, duly seconded
by kag. Jaybee R. Payumo;

IT WAS RESOLVED, AS IT WAS HEREBY RESOLVED to re-align portion in the appropriation for
Purchase of Garbage Truck under the 20: DF for 2021 in the amount of Ph 45,000.00 and to reprogram
the whole amount into Rehabilitation of Volleyball Court.

Unanimously approved by all Sangguniang Barangay members present.
