    INFORMATION

    The undersigned prosecutor accuses VIKTOR M. ALVAREZ of


    committing the crime of Sec(e) of R.A. 3019 as follows:

    That on the 27th of October 2022, in the Municipality of Pandi, Province of


    Bulacan, Philippines, JERRY DE LEON, the Mayor of Pandi, willfully,
    unlawfully, and criminally committed the crime of causing any undue injury
    to the Government, when though his covert acts misappropriated funds
    specifically designated for Senior Citizens, the funds amounting to ONE
    HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php100,000.00), resulting to undue
    injury to the government in the said amount.

    CONTRARY TO LAW.

    The undersigned prosecutor certifies the following:

    1. That he conducted a preliminary investigation for this case;

    4. That the accused was informed of the Information and the evidence
