The CRM can be something as cheap and simple as the open-
source Dolibarr or as cheap as Higher Level or as expensive
and advanced as Oracle and Newt Suite. That decision will
be based on what integrates best with the machine learning
AI and ChatGPT.
The Auto-Dialer will likely be Twill because of it’s price and
easy integrations. The Predictive-Dialer will likely be the
open-source ViciDial, as it’s highly customizable. At some
point, the Machine Learning AI will program the Predictive-
Dialer, based on what it learns. This is the easy part.
Machine Learning AI and Chat GPT
Initially, they both will just give the Text-To-Speech software the words to say. In essence, it would output a
script and field questions that it then gives a human touch to the answers, from a sales point of view. It may
text a customer over a message or schedule an appointment and assign it to a sales rep. That’s efficient, but
uninteresting. Let’s turn this into the ultimate appointment-setting and sales machine.

Let’s give the Machine Learning and Chat GPT (MLCGPT) the goal of making the most sales and setting the
most high-quality appointments. The MLCGPT will try many different voices, tones, styles, deliveries, and
word combinations within a set of parameters, until it determines the most effective ones based on its learning.
This may change by certain customer characteristics, which it will also understand. These characteristics will
include the contact details and what it learns during the process. We would set the parameters, such as the
legal calling times, the intended goals, and the means to do it (e.g. speech, text, email). There are roughly 96
million homes without solar that we can practice on and a slew of industries that would benefit from this
technology.
Machine Learning AI and Chat GPT
At first, we will give it a script and FAQ to call homeowners in the markets that we’re targeting. However, the
MLCGPT can be online, monitoring social media and the bitstream and the news to look for hot markets and
target specific people based on their actions. Imagine that a person posts a complaint about the rising cost of
goods and the MLCGPT notices it and then calls him to pitch him solar or a utility company announces a rate
increase and the MLCGPT targets people who use the company that just raised their rates and mentions the
rate increase in the script. It can even figure out the days that people in a given area pay their utility bills and
target them on those days.
The Future and Beyond
Once this is mastered, avatars can start conducting the first appointment. At the first appointment, the prospective
client is asked to either upload their utility bill or take a picture of it and submit it. They are asked what their
average highest and lowest monthly charges are, and told that we will prepare a free energy savings analysis. Then
they are asked if we’re able to lower your energy bill, save you tens of thousands of dollars, and increase the value
of your home, with no money out of pocket, would you be open to taking advantage of solar energy? If they say
yes, they’re played the following video; if they say no, then their explore their aversion to solar. When the avatar
speaks, it will pause whenever th customer interrupts, and the start playback again after the customer stops
talking, from the beginning the sentence that they are inn, or if within the first few words, start from the beginning
of the previous sentence

at the time of the meeting and if they don’t show up, they receive a call and if willing, are tested a link to attend the meeting. They are going to
see a screen with Richard Darn and their solar advisor’s face in a circle at the bottom left of the screen. The chatbot will greet them and ask them
about their family, using the information ascertained during the previous call. Then the chatbot explains that she’s not here to sell anything today.
She’s here to show them how she helps people just like you. Then asks can you please get your electric bill and take a front & back photo? What
are your average highest & average lowest monthly electric bills? If I can lower your energy bill, save you tens of thousands of dollars and
