TRAINEES ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Trainees or students who wants to entry into these qualifications should possess the
following requirements:

 can communicate in basic English either oral and written;


 at least high school graduate;
 physically and mentally fit;
 with good moral character; and
 can perform basic mathematical computation
 With pleasing personality
RULES OF ATTENDANCE

All trainees will be:

1. Required to complete atleast 80% of the total hours for the program
Note: The Student should take face recognition thru BSRS system for the
attendance during the tgraining period. Morning Logged in for morning start of
classess and afternoon Log –out at the end of class.
2. Be considered dropped if they committed three (3) successive absences without
valid reasons;
a. Sickness_ Medical Certificates signed by a doctor.
b. Death in the family_ show death certificate
3. Be considered absent if they commit three (3) tardiest.

In case of allowed absences from classes, student are expected to complete the number of
hours for the modules to be arranged with the trainer and with the approval of the President/
Administrator.
GRADING SYSTEM
The test of Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes will result to either
“ COMPETENT” or “ NOT YET COMPETENT”

During the training period the student should completed the training for every Unit

The trainees must wear the TESDA Prescribed Uniform and identification card
while in the school premises for identification.
