indicated
25 Tower are straight & vertical not leaned
26 Load line has device which regulates the
lowering rate of speed.  Prevent free fall.
27 Hook on overhaul ball must be closed and
locked
28 From bottom to top the access & egress
ladder are in good condition.
29 Employee understands machine capacity and
the grades the lift may be safely operated on,
as indicated on the placard located near the
lift controls.
30 Concrete base are in good condition.
31 Are cables and sheaves checked?
32 Are slings, hooks, eyelets, chokes inspected?
33 Are load capacities posted in cab?
34 Are power lines at a safe distance?
35 Rail path are in good condition.
36 Wheels condition and greasing
