Elaborate the various CRM processes of following popular CRM


software’s.
I’ve done my research in some of the most used CRM software’s and
discussing about the process of it.
But before we head towards the process we need to know why it has
to be performed because it is a strategy for keeping every customer
interaction personalized and meaningful that consists of five main
steps. A customer relationship management system (CRM system)
provides the data and functionalities your team needs to execute this
strategy and ultimately turn leads into customers.
The CRM process is the tangible steps that an organisation must take
to help drive consumers through the cycle of learning about your
brand and ultimately becoming loyal (and repeat) customers.
