The business is Homemade fish balls, that will be sell in a cart or stall. Homemade fish balls
will give satisfaction to the customer’s taste bud and to their health. This will help them to enjoy their
favorite snack in a healthy way. This product is like the typical fish balls, the only difference will be are
the added flavor and taste. They can still enjoy this famous snack in a cheap price but with added
healthy twist.

This product is produced because of the demand in cheap snacks that can satisfy people's taste but also
their pockets and wallets. It's best for those people who want to save money but also want to eat
delicious food.

The business name is "Homemade Fish balls" because this fish ball will be made in a
house giving the customers an assurance that this food will be preservative free and msg/artificial taste
free.

The company name is JEM Corps. It is derived from the first letters of the names of the
business owners.

This part shows the 7Ps of marketing which includes the product, price, place, promotion,
people, packaging and positioning as well as the SWOT Analysis of the product that will help the
business to grow, raise it sales and attract more customers in the future.

The following are the goals set by the business, that are needed to be achieved in a given
period of time in order for the business to be successful.

Homemade fish ball is the upgraded version of what we know the normal
fish balls. We added a special healthy twist to this all-time favorite snacks
while keeping its low price. Homemade fish balls are small balls with golden
brown color and taste that will please anyone.

The pricing of Homemade Fish balls will be based on its ingredients. We


used cheap but quality products to maintain the taste, size and its
budget friendly price. The homemade fish balls will be sold at 2 pesos
each corresponding its quality, taste and size. This will be the way to
generate income for the first year of business.

Our food stalls will be located in crowded locations (Park, Market, schools, and
other landmarks in Tanay. Our first food stall will be at Brgy. Plaza Aldea Tanay,
Rizal beside Eastern. This is easily accessible area, so many possible customers
can be found in here.

4. PROMOTION

To introduce the product, we will use different promotional tactics. Like for
example flyers, brochures, banners and also social media (Facebook, etc.).
disseminating such will build customer awareness. Also it will help to
increase sales and profit. We will also have promos like for example: get 2
fish balls for free in every 10 pesos worth of fish balls.

 Easy to copy recipe

It’s an easy recipe, that only need simple ingredients. So if a


customer wants to copy it, well she/he can do it effortlessly.

There’s a chance that a business like this will not be patronized by


the customers. As we had state fish balls is being sold anywhere.

Since this is a ordinary snack, the competitors are everywhere.

Located at Zhongzheng Dist, Taipei, Taiwan. Their fish balls are


handmade and that what makes this store worth of revisiting. They also
serves fish balls in noodles.
II. OPERATIONAL/PRODUCTIONAL/TECHNICAL PLAN

To maximize productivity, our company set a sample productional plan containing the information

regarding our input process and output as well as the production cost incurred in making the product
and the possible number of daily output. This plan also involves the process in making the product as
well varieties of activities ensuring that the materials, equipments and even the human resources are all
available.

Homemade fish balls will be made after preparing the ingredients and the needed utensils and
equipments. After all is prepared the process of making the product will start. The output will be the
homemade fish balls and the sweet and sour chilly sauce

Ingredients, utensils and other equipments needed to create homemade fish balls
Ingredients

1. Fish (Galunggong) 10. Salt and Pepper

2. Flour (Sauce)

3. Cornstarch 11. Soy sauce

4. Baking powder 12. Sugar

5. Carrots 13. Cornstarch

6. Spring onions 14. Salt, onion and garlic

7. Eggs 15. Vinegar

8. Onion 16. Chili (labuyo)

PROCESS

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Fillet the fish. Remove its fishbone. Then steam it for at least 10 minutes

3. Cut the spring onions, carrots, onion and garlic into small pieces.

4. Crush the fish after steaming and place it in a bowl

5. Put the carrots, spring onions, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Then mix until well combined.

6. Then, add the flour, cornstarch, water and baking powder. Mix well to combine until it forms a paste
like mixture.

7. If the consistency is right, add the baking powder and mix it again.

8. Using a scoop, get the right amount and form it to a ball. And drop it to straight to the pre-heated oil.

9. Fry it until golden brown.

10. Once it’s cooked put it in strainer or paper towels to removed excess oil. Then it’s done.
For the sauce

Sweet

1. Mix all the ingredients and put in medium heat.

2. Wait until it boils. Then it’s ready

Sour and chilly

1. Mix all the ingredients.

party concessionaire, was already on its soft
opening when we visited. We are told that a
couple more other booths with food from
different countries will soon serve authentic
street food dishes as well.

Fish balls are sold by street vendors pushing wooden deep


frying carts. The balls are friend then served skewered, and
most often offered with a choice of three kinds of dipping
sauces:

– Spicy (white/orange colored) – vinegar, water, diced onions


and garlic

– Sweet (brown gravy colored) – corn starch, banana ketchup,


sugar and salt

– Sweet/Sour (amber or deeper orange colored) – the sweet


variety with lots of small hot chili added.
