MEANING:
PEOPLE IN OPS
- They are people that act as multipliers, maximizing the productivity of others in the
organization via building systems that keep the organization functioning effectively at a
high level.

specific area of the operation, known as a "cell."
PROCESS TECHNOLOGY
- Are things such as machines, equipment, tools, or devices used to create or provide
