understand scope – and pick changes (T+C impact).

• a marked-up plan for 3 months look ahead (Wet areas and Public corridors that need to be completed for the Client handover in June, July & August);
• a detailed program
This plan has been submitted to the Client and the ALEC/GCC JV is committed to complete all Wet areas and Public corridors as per the program.
We hereby request that you submit the following documents by 12 June 16
• procurement schedule for your scope of works,
• production , fabrication & material delivery schedule for your scope of works,
• resource loaded completion program for your scope of works in line with the attached plan &
• any constraint schedule
Failure to submit the above information – the ALEC/GCC JV will attribute all delays for the non-completion of your scope of works to M/s. Al Manjara Joinery,
and any levies imposed on the JV through not completions will be imparted on your accounts, where we reserve our rights under the terms of the Subcontract
to engage external resource to complete the works on your behalf.
Any & all costs incurred will be levied against your account noting that all your obligations as defined within the Subcontract will remain with you for any works
executed on your behalf.

• The scope of works involved demolition of the existing Mosque and construction
of a new Grand Mosque and Sablah.
This was ALEC Oman's first project as Main Contractor. The Project Team made
use of our own form-work and scaffold, raise our tower crane and let the MEP
package to ALEMCO with ALEC precast supplying GRC cladding. ALEC FITOUT
assisted with their local supply chain including joinery, cast gypsum and finishes.

Definition

Contractor’s Contract Administration is the process by which the Contractor’s


Representative and his team ensure the protection of Contractor’s interests through timely
and proper discharge of obligations, and securing of rights, in order to avoid liabilities,
under the Contract or otherwise.

Employer’s Contract Administration is the process by which the Employer’s in-house team
and/or its consultants (Engineer) ensure the protection of Employer’s interests through
timely and proper discharge of obligations, and securing of rights, in order to avoid
liabilities, under the Contract or otherwise.

This Agreement made the Eleventh day of April 2021

Between M/s. Development and Leasing Company LLC, P.O. Box 1234, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, (hereinafter
referred to as “the Employer”) of the one part

And M/s. Construction Contracting International LLC, P.O. Box 5678, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, (hereinafter
referred to as “the Contractor”) of the other part

Whereas the Employer is desirous that certain Works should be executed by the Contractor, viz. Park View
Tower and Multi-storey Car Park at Outer Road, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and has accepted a Tender by the
Contractor for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects therein:

Contractor hereby covenants with the Employer to execute and complete the Works and remedy any defects therein
in conformity in all respects with the provisions of the Contract

and remedying of any defects therein the Contract Price of ETB 100,000,000/= (ETB One Hundred Million) or such
