my OJT is to count your OJT. I hope

learned from us.
On the first day of my On the Job Training (OJT) I
was interviewed by the owner of the cafe, ma'am
Jannette Gripon they asked me like I was an
applicant at that time I was very nervous but I
didn't show them that I am nervous instead I
answered him confidently.
And This picture is my last day in my OJT the
achievement that I got from my internship was that
it helped me to develop my potential and allowed
me to reach my objectives. I accomplished every
task with all my heart and had the initiative to strive
harder to learn and seek more. It gave me a
chance to grow, to explore and discover myself,
and to gain experience that will serve as my
stepping stone into the real world.
The challenges I face while on OJT include not
being active or multitasking during peak hours. For
example, there are a lot of people in the cafe, and
I'm completely lost as to what to do first. Should I
take their order or clean the cafe first? But I
realized I had to be responsible, and I reminded
myself to be multitasking to prove myself that I
have an edge in this industry and showing
enthusiasm for the job you're in is acting as if you
own it. Always enjoy your work and find inspiration
and motivation in your responsibilities.

I was very confused
during the first week of
my OJT because I'm not
very good at
March 20- 24, 2023 communicating with
other people, but I
realized how important
communication is,
especially when you
have a business,
because communication
is one of the primary
skills and tools if you
want your business to be
successful.

This week is very tiring

because there are many
March 27- 31, 2023
customers in the cafe,
but this has enabled me
to remain active at all
times. After a whole
week, I realized how
important it is to broaden
your knowledge in
various areas of work
experience as well as
multitasking, because
being faster and better
throughout the work day
increases your
performance and the
number of tasks
completed.

This week's assignment

April 03-07, 2023 is to make frappe and
