Drill and Practice

Who are the characters in the story? (Student’s do as instructed)

Who approached first? The fox or the little

prince?

What did the fox say to the little prince?

How did the little prince react to the fox?

Who proposed to play? Did the other party

agree to play with him? Why or why not?

What was the little prince looking for? Why

was he looking for men?

What did the Little Prince need to do to

become friends with the fox?

What does the word "tame" mean,

according to the fox?

How important is taming to build

friendship, according to the fox?

  (Student’s do as instructed)
Did the little prince agree to tame the fox?

What was the agreement between the two to

build friendship?

How important is the "rite" or "ritual" of

taming in the friendship of the Little Prince
and the Fox?

At the end, did they become friends?

So much for that; let us now proceed to

answering our guide questions. For the first
question, kindly answer _________.

That is such a remarkable answer.

For the second question, kindly answer

______.

That is right! Before taking certain actions

that we will not regret at the end of the day,
we must first think about whether this is the
right thing to do or not. As we all know,
regret comes first, but regret really comes at
the end.

Let us proceed to the next question; kindly

answer _____.

Precisely, the young prince gains an

understanding of what it means to develop a
relationship with someone. The fox teaches
him that this procedure creates a crucial tie
between the tamer and the tamed; rather than
being unlike anything else, something's
distinctiveness is determined by the
relationship it has with another thing or
person.

Values Integration

Now, class, do you value your friends? Why

or why not?

Precisely! I agree, class, because I also value

my friends. I treated them like one of my
sisters or brothers. I became comfortable
whenever I was with them. We laugh
together, and when one of us has a problem,
we also give advice and make them feel that
everything will be okay.

How important is friendship in our lives?

Brilliant! Friends may encourage you during

difficult times and help you celebrate good
moments. Friends keep you from feeling
alone and lonely and provide you the ability
to provide the necessary company. Your
sense of belonging and purpose can also be
increased through friends.

Do you get me, class?

Great! Now, to test your knowledge, let us

have an activity. But before we proceed to
our activity, do you have any questions,
clarifications or violent reactions?

For me to test whether you have fully

grasped our lesson, let us have an activity.
This activity is called “Create and Perform
Me!”.

Activity 1: “Create and Perform Me!”

Mechanics:
1. Divide the class into three groups.
2. Do the activity within 5 minutes.
