 There are two types of communication, the verbal and non – verbal

Verbal communication – is a type that uses words both in spoken and in written

Non – Verbal communication – is using gestures and signals to convey the
message.

 Communication is one of the most important in workplace because it is the key to
create and build foundation within the work force which is the team cooperation.
