Linen Management in the Ward
GUIDE:

Step 1: AM Endorsement includes: a. Early AM care


done, b. New Admission, c. Discharge, d. Standby

12:00noon depending on patient census.

NOTES:

- For new admission during linen’s operating hours;


Nursing Aide should get new prep set at the linen
department and not from “standby linen”. “Linen
Admission Form” shall be signed by the Nursing
Aide receiving the admission prep set.
- For discharge patient, prep set shall be returned
separately. Nursing Aide shall ensure that “Linen
Admission Form” was cancelled once prep set was
returned.
