Greetings!

Pursuant to the Presidential Decree No. 1508, June 11, 1978, Section 2, The Lupon of
each barangay shall have authority to bring together the parties actually residing in the
same city or municipality for amicable settlement of all disputes except: Where on party
is the government, or any subdivision or instrumentality thereof, Where one party is a
public officer or employee.

Anent to this, the undersigned respectfully indorse the case between MS. JENNIFER P.
SUMALINOG, complainant and MR. RANDY P. SUARIN, a public school teacher,
respondent, to your good office for since the Barangay Poblacion has no jurisdiction to
cater the said

dispute. Any assistance you may extend in view of this case would be greatly
appreciated.
