Planning and design for the project current and for next years.
Manage/Lead the project and HVAC equipment selection and schedule &scope of work define. Troubleshooting
and solution on site, Supervise the maintenance team.
Design/Load calculation of HVAC equipments, Chilled water pipeline and Pump load design. AHUs, package, and

environment, especially towards HVAC & Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). We monitor and maintain the HVAC/IAQ at
our business centre.  The IAQ here is reported to being equivalent to breathing in Mountain Fresh Air. The
Indoor Air Quality in the business centre conforms to ASHRAE standards as India currently has no standards for
IAQ.
Job Description:

Major Projects Handled:

1. Saudi Air force: Planning and design the HVAC equipments for various green field and brown field projects
with the project cost 25 million riyal.
 Green field project: This project is related to 7 floors Hotel inside the air force institute. Design Air cooled chiller
with screw compressor of capacity 200 Ton 02 unit's one standby, design chilled water pipeline size 5.5" with the
560 GPM single pumps for each chiller system. Design 12 AHUs and FCUs. Fresh air handling units for kitchen
with exhaust system. For some areas we design package units with 15% fresh air and to provide the Fresh air to
the FCUs unit by 100% FA units. Schedule the project and define scope of work. After completion of work we do
the commissioning to eliminate the future obstacle as much as possible.
 Brown field project: I do the inspection of the site and analyze the condition and HVAC equipments system and
plan to replace the reciprocating type air cooled chiller system with air cooled screw chiller of 100 to 325 TR 07
units , Design pump as per chiller requirement single stage horizontal and Vertical twin type pump. I do the
analysis of AHUs 12 units, FCUs approx 100 units with Thermostat and controls, Package roof top and duct split
units with different capacity 10 TR to 60 TR 27 units. After completion of work we do the commissioning to
eliminate the future obstacle as much as possible.
2. Football Stadium, Basket ball and swimming poll project- MODA Jeddah( Feb 2017 to July 2017 )
We plan and evaluate the HVAC equipment for retrofit/replacement of 3 stadiums HVAC units in Saudi air
force.
 Design and installation of Chiller capacity 600 TR of 5 units, AHUs 25 units, chilled water pipelines with all
fittings, Duct split units 5 to 80 tons 18 units, VRF and Fan coil units 50 units , controls for AHUs with 3 ways
valve and fire damper and alarm systems.
 Design the AHUs, Duct Split, and package units and quail capacity as per % of fresh air and climate conditions.
Water flowing to the quail for AHUs and FCUs. Uses the 3-way valves with thermostat, fire damper, balancing
valve etc
 Head calculation for pump and design the chilled water pump and motor. Analyze the pump Graph.
 Lead and manage the projects as per schedule.
 After completion of work we do the commissioning to eliminate the future obstacle as much as possible.

3. AMERICAN EMBASSY - Chanakyapuri, New Delhi (Jan 2015 – till date)

 Ducting Work as per requirement and design.
 Air Handling Units (AHUs), Treated Fresh Air units (TFA) & FCUs load design and installation.
 Chiller pipeline and insulation of plant capacity 500TR of 2No. & 200TR.
  Cooling tower, Chillers pipe line design & installation.
 Installation of FAPS and Civil foundation , Metal and flexible Ducting and insulation work
 Replacement of Diffuser and Chiller pipeline Valve etc
 Fresh Air Purification system (FAPS) to reduce PM 2.5, So x, Nox, CO2 level in the school building area for Air
Conditioning system of capacity 500TR & 150TR. Different capacity Fresh Air Purification system were designed
for different Air Handling Units to get the pure fresh air.
 Duct cleaning work and two AHUs cleaning of 15000 CFM and 2 AHUs of 10000 CFM in PEC building , Three
AHUs of18000 CFM and Six AHUs of 6500 CFM in Theater Building, 10 no's of AHUs in Middle school of 10000
CFM Capacity, 1 no's of AHUs in High School of 12500 CFM each
