    Read the following:-

    1. G.O.Rt.No.61 Water Resources (Projects.III) Dept., dt.7-2-2023.


    2. From the Chief Engineer (P), Kurnool Lr.No.CE/KNL/ICD32-
    TW0SRBC/8/2023 (2028664) DEE2/AEE1/SRBC.GL, dt.23-3-2023.

    ORDER:

    In the G.O. 1st read above, Government have accorded administrative


    approval for the Stage-1 Estimate for “S&L Operation for formation of Orvakal
    Reservoir near Sakunal Village, Orvakal Village & Mandal, Kurnool District” for an
    amount of Rs.1,84,50,000/- (Rupees One Crore Eighty Four Lakhs and Fifty
    Thousand only) in relaxation of FRBM norms subject to certain conditions.
    2. In the circumstances reported by the Chief Engineer (P), Kurnool in his letter
    nd
    2 read above, after careful examination of the proposal, Government hereby issued
    the amendment to the G.O. 1st read above duly inserting the following HOA after 2 nd
    para as below:-

    “The above expenditure is chargeable to Head of account: 4700 COL on


    Major Irrigation-01-Major Irrigation- Commercial-MH 133- GNSS-GH (11)
    State Development Schemes- SH (27) C&D-530 Major works-531 -Major
    Works.”

    3. The Chief Engineer (P), Kurnool is therefore requested to take necessary


    action accordingly.
    4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU.WR.II) Department
    vide their U.O.No.FIN01-FMU0MRAS (WR2)/77/2021-FMU-WR-II (Computer
    No.1418621), dated:07.01.2023.
    5. Copy of this order is available in the apegazette.cgg.gov.in website.
