    I, Vamsee Krishna, Son of Shri Venkat Subba Rao, aged 32 years, working as
    Collection Manager of the Claimant Company, having its Ground Floor, Hubtown
    Solaris, Near Andheri East, West Flyover, Andheri, Mumbai City, Maharashtra 400 069
    Having its Corporate Office at 5-9-22, My Home Sarvoar Plaza, 6th Floor, Adarsh
    Nagar, Shapurwadi Opposite Secretariat, Hyderabad 500 004, do solemnly affirm and
    state on oath as follows:

    1. That I am the General Power of Attorney holder of Decree Holder, as such well
    acquainted with the facts of the case and swear to the contents of this affidavit.

    2. It is submitted that the Petitioner has executed Letter of Authority dated 13-06-
    2023 in my favour to represent on behalf of the Petitioner/ Decree Holder. The
    said GPA still exists and same is neither revoked nor cancelled. The present
    application is being filed to permit me to act as GPA Holder on behalf of the
    Petitioner/Decree Holder for above said purpose.

    Hence it is prayed that this Hon’ble court may be pleased to permit the
    Deponent to represent and act on behalf of the Petitioner/Decree holder as GPA
    holder of the Petitioner/Decree holder in the above case in the interest of justice.
