VR-21 :: MBA :: Mini project guidelines

As per the academic regulation of VR – 21 guidelines, it is proposed to complete a mini


project during the II semester of the I Year programme.
Aim:
To strengthen the understanding of fundamentals through effective application of theoretical
concepts.
Evaluation Criteria:
Credits: 2
Marks: 50
Supervisor/Guide: 25 marks
Mini Project report & Presentation /Viva-voce: 25 marks

Internal Committee: Project supervisor and two faculty members nominated by the HoD.

The detailed guidelines of mini project Report are as follows:

1. Font Settings: The text should be in the following format. Select Paragraph or full
context, then apply following settings:
Font Name : Times New Roman
Font Size : 12
Font Color : Black
2. Paragraph Settings: Step by Step guide:
1. Select paragraph or all paragraphs
2. Then right click
3. Then click on paragraph menu
4. Then apply following settings:
a. Spacing : Before: Auto ; After: Auto
b. Line Spacing : 1.5 Lines
c. Alignment : Justify
Note: Text should be properly aligned to both left and right margins (Justify)
5. Margins must be:
a. Left : 3.81 Cm or 1.5”
b. Right : 2.54 Cm or 1”
c. Top : 2.54 Cm or 1”
d. Bottom : 2.54 Cm or 1”
6. Paper size & type:
Students should take the printout on A4 size papers
7. Index Format: Page numbers on the Index page should be printed. Should not be hand
written and should match with the contents.
8. Submission:
No. of copies: one Hard cory. The report should be submitted with a hard copy of
PPT in spiral binding. Soft copy in pdf format should be submitted.

10. Project Review Committee (PRC):


a) The PRC - I will monitor the progress of the Mini Project Work - Title, Introduction
of the study, Research problem, Significance of the study, objectives of the study,
Research Methodology.

b) PRC - II: The PRC-II is the final presentation in the specified format of PPT and
with submission of Report. The total work of the mini-project is evaluated at the end
of the semester.
