intervention are focused in areas where the businesses needs help and development
Every business starts and passes through various stages of growth and
development on its way to achieving the success desired by the owner. Each stage
has its own unique challenges and opportunities, and the entrepreneur must
properly setup, execute, and sustain the core business functions to overcome
these challenges and be successful.
The Business Assessment highlights the key areas necessary for the first staqe of
growth, including:

BUSINESS REGISTRATIONS
Worked on an initiative that coordinated and directed the buy local campaign and to be
impactful I target two of our own products that was local produced in our community. The
intention was to set a minimum number of enterprises that can benefit from the buy local
drive
Target Beneficiaries: SMEs that had the potential to supply quality goods or services and
willing to collaborate with other SMEs to consistently reach the required volumes, In this
regard our beneficiaries were Torha and Sala
Initiative Goal: Helping local SMEs to develop capacity to supply high volume goods and
services at the right quality as a way of facilitating economic inclusion and opening the
market. Now Torha and Sala is found and sold in our biggest shops and supermarket around
Mpumalanga Region in Ehlanzeni District

1 Management of Funds
Provide strategic inputs on the design of the fund and future funding initiatives and develop impact assessment
criteria
Assit in Developing and implementing strategic plans and company policies, while encouraging an
open dialogue with stakeholders, and driving organizational success.
Assist to Build relationships with established potential entrepreneurs through proactive targeting
and or in response to screened enquires or third party referrals.
Implement relationship management mandate for the Jobs Fund;
Run Lean Manufacturing ,Kaizen Events and Six sigma improvement initiatives using FOCUS and
DMAIC methodologies.
5. Business Appraisal
Carry out a holistic analysis of the business to gain an in depth understanding of its current
performance and potential for growth, priorities issues and identify potential courses of
action, ensuring throughout the process the customer’s full commitment to the analysis,
