My warmest greetings to the Class of 2023 for the successful culmination of
your academic endeavors.
This milestone attests to the hard work and perseverance you have exemplified
as you embark on another journey leading you to the realization of your
aspirations of a better life and a better future.
I join your families and academic communities in celebrating this achievement.
We recognize their valuable role in your growth and development as well-
rounded individuals — preparing you to face the demands of higher learning or
navigate the complexity of life as successful professionals.
I am with you in forging a path toward progress even as you continue to live by
the tenets that have guided you in your academic training and inspired you to
pursue excellence as young leaders.
May the knowledge and skills you have gained serve as your springboard for
greater success and inspire you to become catalysts of transformative social
growth within your respective communities.

My warmest greetings and congratulations to the completers and
graduates of the School Year 2022-2023! Likewise, allow me to
extend my greetings to the school administrators, teachers, parents
and all education stakeholders who have provided guidance and
support to our learners to reach this monumental event.

Graduation and moving-up ceremonies, whichever is the case, are

jubilant occasions which mark the culmination of another year of new
significant learnings and dedicated work. Dear graduates and
completers, this event is an outstanding accomplishment in your lives
which you should be proud of. It is a celebration of success, a time to
reap the fruits of hard work and sacrifices! You have earnestly toiled,
endured adversities and remained steadfast toward achieving your
goals. Likewise, it means another year of successful collaboration
among teachers, school officials, parents, education partners, and
stakeholders who share a common goal of providing quality, holistic
and transformative basic education!

This year’s banner theme, “K to 12 Graduates: Molded through a

Resilient Educational Foundation,” brightlines the spirit of
determination which every Filipino learner should possess, in spite of
persistent hardships and challenges. Exemplifying resilience is crucial
for every learner to overcome obstacles and adapt to the constant
changes in the educational landscape. Resilience enables you to
persevere and remain steadfast to learning goals despite the various
internal and external hindrances you are confronting.

In line with its commitment to produce resilient graduates, the

Department of Education (DepEd) has carried on the task of molding
the holistic development of 21st century learners with the MATATAG
Agenda which recognizes the need for inclusivity through the
promotion of access to quality education for all. This is also DepEd’s
commitment to empower students, equip them with life-long skills,
enduring values, and right mindset to overcome adversities and
embrace plenitude of opportunities for growth and success.
Moreover, DepEd envisions to hone Filipino learners who would be

Gradweyt ng K to 12: Hinubog ng Matatag na Edukasyon
(K to 12 Graduates: Molded through a Resilient Educational
Foundation)

Kabilang ka sa mga matatatag. Handa ka nang harapin ang mundo!

Maaaring naapektuhan ang paraan ng paghahatid sa iyo ng
edukasyon dahil sa mga naging limitasyong dulot ng pandemyang
COVID-19. Malamang na naging mahirap para sa iyo ang pag-aaral
nang wala halos mahingan ng tulong o hindi kaya ay matuto nang
sarili lamang ang inaasahan. Maaaring naging alalahanin mo rin ang
magkasakit dahil sa virus kaya nagdalawang isip kang bumalik sa
paaralan. Tiyak na marami kang pagbabagong kinaharap mula sa
nakagawiang pag-aaral sa bahay at sa muling pagbabalik eskwela sa
loob ng silid-aralan.

Sa kabila ng lahat ng ito, naabot mo ang isang mahalagang yugto sa

iyong buhay mag-aaral. Ang moving up o pagtatapos mo ngayong
taon ay patunay na napagtagumpayan mo ang iba't ibang hamon.
Hinulma o naihanda ka na sa pagiging matatag na Pilipino, taglay ang
mga kinakailangang mga mabuting pagpapahalaga at mga kasanayan.
Handa ka na upang maging Batang Makabansa na tutulong sa
pagbuo ng Bansang Makabata.

Ang tagumpay na ito na iyong nakamit ay mainam na maihandog sa

iyong mga mahal sa buhay - ang iyong pamilya, kamag-anak, at mga
kaibigan na nagbigay ng kanilang buong suporta sa iyong pag-aaral.
Mahalaga ring mapasalamatan ang iyong mga guro, kawani at mga
pinuno ng paaralan at kagawaran na kumilos upang matiyak ang
pagkakaroon ng naabot, patas sa lahat, de-kalidad, at makabata at
matatag na edukasyon. Nariyan din ang mga katuwang na aktibong
nakibahagi sa mga proyekto at gawaing pampaaralan katulad ng lokal
na pamahalan, mga ahensiya ng pamahalaan, iba pang mga paaralan,
iba't ibang samahang sibiko at relihiyoso, mga pribadong kompanya
at mga mamamayan.

Hindi pa ito ang katapusan. Magpatuloy ka sa susunod na antas at sa

pagkatoto. Tulad ng winika ni Naeem Callaway: "Minsan, ang maliit na
hakbang patungo sa tamang direksiyon ang siyang nagiging
pinakamalaki o pinakamahalagang hakbang natin sa buhay."
Maligayang bati at mabuhay!

Isang mainit na pagbati ng pagtatapos sa Class 2023!!!!

Ang kabanatang ito ng inyong buhay ay bunga ng inyong sipag

at tiyaga upang matapos ang isang yugto ng inyong buhay sa
inyong pag-aaral. Isa itong hakbang upang makamit ang inyong
hinahangad sa buhay.

Pasasalamat sa inyong mga magulang/ guardians, mga guro,

pinuno ng mga paaralan at lahat ng bumubuo sa mga paaralan
na siyang gumabay at nagbigay ng direksyon sa inyong
matagumpay na pagtatapos. Masasabi nating isang matinding
pagsubok ang inyong pinagdaanan sa pag-aaral dahil
nagkaroon ng pandemya at sa inyong panahon ay nagkaroon
tayo ng “learning recovery” upang matugunan ang kakulangan
sa inyong mga dapat matutunan lalo’t higit sa pagbasa,
pagsulat, at pagbilang. Kaya’t masasabi nating ang “Gradweyt
ng K to 12: Hinubog ng Matatag na Edukasyon”.

Muli ang mula sa puso kong pagbati sa inyong pagtatapos.

Hinubog ng Matatag na Edukasyon.

Isa kabila ng mapanghamon na panahon sa inyong pag-aaral

dulot ng hindi malilimutang pandemyang Covid-19 napanatili
ninyo ang ningas ng apoy ng iyong isip, puso at kaluluwa tungo
sa minimithi ninyong pangarap na makapagtapos ng Senior
High School. Mahirap man o may pag-aalinlangan sa pagpasok
sa paaralan ipinakita ninyo ang laban o katatagan ninyo para sa
isang pangarap na magsisilbing sandata ninyo pagdating na
panahon.

Sa kabila ng inyong pagpapagal, nakamit ninyo ang bahagi ng

iyong tagumpay bilang magsisipagtapos ngayong taon ng
Senior High School. Ito ay isang karanasan na hindi ninyo
malilimutan at ito rin ay nakatala sa bawat kanabata ng iyong
buhay na magpapaala-ala sa iyong kasipag at katiyaga sa pag-
aaral. Ito rin ay panahon ng pag-ani ng iyong sakripisyo na sa
bawat paglusong at pagsagwan ninyo mula elementarya
hanggang sekondarya ay may nag-iintay na katagumpayan.

Sa panahon na ikaw ay pinanday at hinubog bilang isang

matatag na kabataang Pilipino na tutugon sa bawat hamon ng
panahon, tangan ang aral at kasanayan na natutunan sa loob at
labas ng paaralan na siyang gabay tungo sa pagiging kapaki-
pakinabang na mamamayan ng bansang Pilipinas.
Para sa ating mga minamahal na magulang, at mga guro malaki
ang inyong papel sa paghubog o paghulma sa kanilang
pagkatao. Ang inyong dedikasyon na ibinigay sa panahon na ito
ay hindi matatawaran. Tunay na ang inyong pagsisikap ay
nagbunga sa pagdiriwang nang napakahalagang araw na ito.
Patuloy naming pagsusumikapan na bigyan ng mas ligtas at
maayos na kalagayan ang bawat mag-aaral, upang hubugin at
tasahin sila bilang responsableng lider at tagapagtaguyod ng
ating bansang hinaharap.

Kaming mga nagsipagtapos sa Paaralang Sekundarya ng

Kapayaapaan Integrated School ng Canlubang Calamba City
Laguna, dalawang libo dalawampu’t dalawa hanggang
dalawampu’t tatlo (2022-2023) ay nanunumpang mamahalin
ang aming paaralan at maging tapat sa pagpapanatili ng
magandang simulating inihasik sa aming isipan.

Lagi naming isaisaip na huwag mabahiran ng pag-aalinlangan

magpakailanman ang paaralang pumanday sa aming isipan at
