and Presentation Skills no.7) while still applying a lot of other skills that makes it a
unique skill. And these are Empathy, Conflict management, and Body Language. For
example, in a conflict between two employees. The supervisor needs to show empathy to
both sides and show the appropriate body language to entice them to explain the
problems in their own viewpoints. This can give you the information needed in order to
be able to be able to give a workable solution for the problems of both parties. Which
effectively controls the conflict situation in the workplace.
9. Marketing Skills
- Marketing has always been an essential tool when it comes to advertising the company.
This is because in order to entice your customers to buy, render services, or even attract
possible employees to the company. Having an effective marketing skill or strategy can
