VIII: THE SITE
The project site has a forty-five thousand square meters (45,000 Sq.M) total lot are
(TLA), is rectangular in shape, and is a corner lot abutting three (3) streets. Its primary
access is through a thirty meter (30m) with two point four (2.4) m wide sidewalks on
either side (collectively the primary road right of way (RROW). The said RROW is
intersected at the right angles by two streets each with six (6) m wide rrow. The project
site has a one hundred fifty (150m) frontage that faces west and serves as the main
access for the campus. The project site slopes at four percent (4%) towards the east
and the side walk of the RROW shall be considered as elevation 0.0. To the north of the
project site is a four 20 storey building condominium. To its south side is the existing
buildings of the university and was proposed to be another entry/exit of the vehicles
