The deck chair is a symbol of rest and relaxation
and eludes to enjoying a spectacular view while on a
dream holiday.

LOGO APPLICATION
By taking the height and width of the letter “D” in the
word mark, the minimum clearance area around the
logo is determined providing a clean staging area for
the logo, separating it from other elements on the page
and increasing legibility of the brand. This rule is to
be applied to ALL DREAM RELATED LOGOS in the
portfolio.

LOGO PLACEMENT
When applied to a layout, the Dream Hotels & Resorts logo
should ALWAYS appear in the top left, centre or bottom right.

LOGO VARIATIONS
The logo should be used in full colour wherever possible
and preferably on a white background. Where the use of
a full colour logo is not practical, it can be applied in the
single colour variants shown.

The Avenir Std family typeface has been selected to
represent the essence of simplicity, honesty and efficiency
and found within Dream Hotels & Resorts. All weights and
styles of the typeface may be used.

SECONDARY TYPEFACE
The Georgia family typeface has been selected as an accent
font and works across all platforms to add that special touch
to the typography. Only to be used in Sentence case as Italics
and NEVER TO BE USED IN PRICING OR NUMBERS.

CO-BRANDING
A variety of logos exist in the Dream Hotels & Resorts portfolio – each
with its own colour pallet and orientation. Ideally the property logo
should appear in full colour and the “Part of Dream Hotels & Resorts”
logo or byline should appear in 80% black independently of each other
on the same page depending on the space available.

“PART OF” BYLINE
This byline is to be used in subtle conjunction with the property
logo to communicate their affiliation to Dream Hotels & Resorts
To be used in 80% black or white.

HORIZONTAL LOGOS VERTICAL LOGOS

The byline should never overpower the Resort logo. The size
should vary in approximately 3/4 of the width of a wide horizontal
logo and the full width of a square/vertical/stacked logo. There
will, of course, be exception to this rule depending on the media
it is applied to.

All Dream Hotels & Resorts communications must follow the following
specifications:

ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENTS
All admin documents such as statements, invoices, quotes, letters, etc
must adhere to the following guidelines:

• ONLY “Arial” typeface may be used


• Body copy MUST be 9pnt and headings should be no larger than 14pnt
• The text colour may only be BLACK
• Do not use capitals, italics or bold unnecessarily
