ANS- My name is Harmanjot Kaur, and I am pursuing computer systems and technicians. I
completed my 12th grade with non-medical and pursued further studies in this field. I have
always been fascinated by the world of technology and its ability to transform our lives.
During my academic journey, I gained a strong foundation in computer systems, hardware, and
software. I learned about various programming languages, networking concepts, and system
administration. This academic background provided me with the necessary knowledge and skills
to understand and work with complex computer systems.
In addition to my formal education, I have also been proactive in gaining practical experience. I
have participated in several workshops and training programs to enhance my technical skills in
my school. These experiences have allowed me to apply my theoretical knowledge in practical
scenarios and develop a deeper understanding of the subject matter. Furthermore, I have actively
engaged in personal projects to further explore my interests and expand my skill set. These

2 .Why did you choose this area/program of study?
I considered the work market, my experience, talents, educational background, and family
company when deciding whether to pursue a programme of study in computer system
technicians.
First off, there is a very promising job market for experts working as computer system
technicians. There is a high demand for people with computer system management and
maintenance skills due to the increasing reliance on technology across numerous industries. I
choose this programme of study because I was aware of the possibility for a wide range of
employment options and professional advancement in a subject that is continually changing.
Second, my selection was heavily influenced by my own experience and exposure to technology.
I have always been attracted by computers and have actively investigated their uses and features.
I've gained practical experience.
Additionally, I have developed specialised skills that are in line with what is needed for computer
system technicians. I am quite knowledgeable about system administration, networking, and
computer hardware and software. I am skilled in programming languages, and I can decipher and
resolve challenging issues. I'm well-suited for a job in this industry thanks to these abilities and
my enthusiasm to learn about and adopt new technology.
My educational experience has also equipped me for this course of study. Throughout my
academic career, I have finished courses and developed knowledge in pertinent fields like
computer science, mathematics, and information technology. I now have the theoretical

thanks to this foundation.

My qualifications as a computer system specialist and my past and present accomplishments

computer systems, administer networks, or apply security measures. These achievements show

SITUATION: As part of a group assignment for my programme for computer system
technicians, we were tasked with designing a network architecture for a small firm.
TASK: I was responsible for researching and recommending the hardware and software needed
for the network setup while taking budgetary, scalability, and security considerations into
account.
ACTION: I assumed responsibility for conducting in-depth research on various networking
equipment solutions, evaluating their features, prices, and suitability for the needs of the
company. I produced a thorough report that outlined the suggested elements, their explanations,
and an approximate budget.
RESULT: I helped the project get finished successfully by taking ownership of the work I was
given. My study and recommendations gave the team helpful information and aided in the team's
decision-making for the network infrastructure architecture.
DEPENDABLE:
SITUATION: As a part-time computer technician for a nearby IT services business, I was tasked

SITUATION: I had to figure out how much storage a server infrastructure would need as part of
my coursework for computer system technicians.
TASK: It was essential to precisely determine the required storage space in light of the
organization's anticipated data volume and growth.
ACTION: I examined the organization's current data usage trends, took into account the
projected growth rate, and calculated the predicted storage needs. To ensure data integrity and
business continuity, I also took redundancy and backup storage requirements into account.
RESULTS: Using precise calculations, I was able to estimate the right amount of storage space
needed for the server infrastructure. This made it possible for the business to allocate resources.

My major professional goal is to establish a prosperous business in the technology and computer
systems sector. I want to start my own cutting-edge technology business that provides cutting-

cutting-edge solutions that tackle practical problems and boost effectiveness and productivity, I
hope to have a beneficial impact.
This goal is not inspired by any members of my family; it is a result of my own love of
technology and desire to make a significant impact on the field. Successful businesspeople who
have revolutionised the technology industry, like Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, and Satya Nadella,
have always served as my role models.
I'm preparing for the obstacles of entrepreneurship through ongoing learning, networking, and
obtaining experience as a computer system specialist. I'm developing the abilities, expertise, and
business savvy needed to recognise possibilities, assemble a capable team, and handle the
challenges of launching and expanding a technology-based business.
Along with working with like-minded people and subject matter experts, I am also eager to
