Apni Sehkari Awas Samiti Ltd. is a group housing society aiming for affordable and yet quality housing for its members in Noida. This society is formed by Senior executives of NTPC (Society is registered bearing Regn. No.4297 dated 03.07.2009) Presently having more than 300 members from NTPC & Various PSUs / MNCs / Govt. Membership is open to ALL

Society has entered into MoU with M/s Gardenia for acquiring plot of 5 acres in their premises of Golf City (as per permission of Noida Authority for Sub-Lease of min. 5 acres plots) Society will construct about 500 Multistoried (15 Floors) apartments on the plot. Society has already booked more than 350 apartments Approx. 100 more apartments are available for sale to PSUs /Govt Orgn. (separate Tower shall be provided if the sufficient nos. are booked together)
