You will need to complete the following components to describe the program you would like to be recognized.

Title School LAC Session on Crafting Research, Innovations and IGPs
Up to date, the faculty Candanum Elementary School haven’t conducted any research, innovation, and/or IGPs
activities to aid the teaching and learning process. This is problematic since the Department of Education is
promoting a culture of research across the basic education system and an environment of evidence-informed
policy-making.
Crafting of Researches, Innovations and IGPs also implies that every teacher should properly be guided and
2 equipped with the fast changes and evolving constraints or needs in the teaching learning processes through

reviewing some areas or concerned that will help them improve practice and learner achievement.
As we embrace modifications in the educational milieu, the Candanum Elementary School staff desires to
maintain its commitment for quality service by means of this School LAC Session where teachers shall be
equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills and strategies to intensify and enhance competencies necessary
to conduct of researches, innovations and IGPs.

Program Description Due to the continuous and changing demands on teachers’ roles in providing learners
interventions, this school LAC session is designed to cater their development needs on crafting of researches,
innovations and IGPs.

Terminal Objective. To enable teachers to evaluate their collective performance and capacitate them through
trainings and workshops for their continuing professional development and upliftment of learner- centered
learning

STEM STATEMENT/S:

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
