BOOKING CONDITIONS
Booking Group has arranged your car rental with the car rental company indicated above. You should present voucher on car pick up at the
rental desk. Please notice that the voucher is not a rental agreement and when you pick up the vehicle, you must sign a rental agreement
with Rental Company named on this voucher which will be subject to local laws. Rental amount stated on first page of voucher should be paid
to car rental Company. All local fees for services not included in the rental are billed by and under a contract with, the Rental Company and
are billed in local currency.

VEHICLE GROUP/MODEL

We are unable to guarantee a particular make, model or fuel type of car. The car shown on your voucher is for guidance only and may be
substituted for an alternative, similar or upgraded car (at no extra cost) at our option. If, at time of pickup, it becomes impossible to provide
your booked car as shown on your rental voucher due to breakdown or an accident, a similar or upgraded car will be provided by the supplier.
CUSTOMER SERVICE QUERIES

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any aspects of your rental, you must report your concerns at the time locally to the car rental
company. If you are still not happy and wish to make a formal complaint, all complaints also after rental was finished, you must be put in
writing to our customer services team at [email protected] . We will make investigation on your behalf. You will receive an
acknowledgement of your email within a few days and we endeavor to answer all customer service queries within 28 days of receiving them.
Sometimes we can experience delays, if we are dealing with third parties.

CANCELLATION & AMENDMENTS

Cancellation of Fully Prepaid Bookings and Deposit/ Partially Prepaid Bookings

- If you cancel your booking 48 hours or more prior to your pick-up, you will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of 75.00 EUR*. If your
prepayment is less than 75.00 EUR*, you will not receive a refund.

- If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before pick-up, you will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of 150.00 EUR*. If your
prepayment is less than 150.00 EUR*, you will not receive a refund.

- If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before pick-up, you will not receive a refund.

- No refund will be applied for unused rental days.

- You cannot cancel your booking if your rental has already started.

If you have purchased Cancel Protection you can cancel your booking without cancellation fee up to 1 hour before scheduled pickup.

If you have chosen the Compensation Voucher while cancelling your booking, you will be issued the Voucher equal to the amount charged
during the original booking of car rental services without any cancellation fee. Voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of its issue. It will
expire after 24 months and cannot be extended.

*Or the same amount in USD/GBP at the exchange rate on the cancellation date.

You can cancel your booking in „My Bookings” section or by sending a cancellation email to [email protected]

The product is non-refundable in the following cases:

- You did not inform us about the cancellation of your booking prior to your pickup.

- You failed to pick the car up at the arranged time and date.

- You failed to provide the documentation that is required to pick the car up.

- You failed to provide a credit card with enough available funds and with the main driver's name printed on it.
- If you were blacklisted by the car rental company.

In all these cases, you will receive no refund of the money you have paid, even if you have purchased Cancel Protection.
The car rental company reserves the right to refuse the car to any customer who fails to arrive at the scheduled time and date with all
necessary documentation and a credit card in the main driver’s name with enough available funds for the car’s deposit.

If you’re picking your car up at the airport you can add your flight number when you’re booking a car so the rental company could track your
flight and hold your car until you arrive if your flight is delayed.

Amendments

You can amend your booking at least 48 hours before your rental is due to start.

Please note that if you decide to amend your booking you will be charged an Amendment Fee of 18.00 EUR.

If you have purchased Cancel Protection you can amend your booking without Amendment Fee up until 1 hour before scheduled pickup.

Please note that any amendment such as amendment of pickup or drop-off location, car group, rental period and driver’s personal details
may affect rental price which may be different from what you paid initially.

Please note: prices are based on the pick-up and drop-off times and dates that you arrange before your rental starts. If you pick the car up
any later or bring it back any earlier, you will not receive a refund for unused hours or days.

Refusal of Service/Force Majeure

EconomyBookings.com has the right to refuse service to any customer, and may cancel a booking with no refund or with partial refund, or
delay a refund at any time for the following reasons: whenever necessary to comply with any law, regulation or government directive or
request; or due to circumstances beyond EconomyBookings.com control including acts of God, abnormal weather, outbreaks, epidemics,
strikes, civil unrest, embargoes, war, and other force majeure events.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
DRIVING AGE AND DRIVER LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

The minimum driver age required is 19.

The maximum driver age is 75.

Minimum 2 years of driving license is a must, if less surcharge applicable: 10.00€ per day to a maximum of 300.00€ per rental.

Young driver surcharge applicable for driver age from 19-25 inclusive: 10.00€ per day to a maximum of 300.00€ per rental.

When collecting a car from our car rental supplier the principal driver & any additional drivers will need to provide a full driving license on their
name.

A valid passport (or ID card, if it is written in roman characters and only for EU countries), air-tickets may be required.

EU citizens must produce a driving licence and either passport or identity card to pick up the car. All documents must have been issued at
least 12 months before pick up.

Non-EU citizens must produce driving licence as well as an International Driving Permit (or a certified translation of their driving licence
issued by their embassy or consulate) and either passport or identity card to pick up the car. All documents must have been issued at least
12 months before pick up.

U.S. and Canadian citizens must produce a driver's license and international driver's license as well as either passport or identity card to rent
a car outside the U.S. and Canada.

FUEL POLICY

The vehicle is supplied with a full tank of fuel. It should full on return or refueling charges will be applied.

CROSS BORDER POLICY

Travel outside country must be noted & confirmed at time of booking and at least 5 days prior to commencement. Vehicles are not permitted
to travel on ferries or to any island locations without pre-approval from Booking Group.

It is allowed cross-border to all EU Countries except Bulgaria, Romania, Albania, and UK. Charge is 10.00 EUR per day.

INSURANCE INCLUDED

Your rental with Booking Group normally will include collision damage & theft protection waivers. Collision Damage Waiver will waive your
liability to pay for any damage caused to the vehicle during the period of rental. Theft waiver provides coverage for the theft or damage
resulting from attempted theft of the vehicle, its parts and accessories up to their full value and any loss that our car rental partner may occur.
Both are subject to certain exclusions. Your liability is waived subject to you paying a charge, referred to as an excess which limits your
liability to the cost of the excess only. In the event that the renter has behaved recklessly or negligently or driven under the influence of drugs
or alcohol you may be liable for the full cost damage. Please note in common with most car rental policies there are exceptions to cover
which may include windscreens, tires, the underside or interior of the vehicle, towing charges & replacement keys. Please check your
agreement fully at the time of renting for exact exclusions. Please note a number of options may be available to buy locally, which reduce
your risk or can provide further cover to you and your belongings.

PRIMARY DRIVER CREDIT CARD PREAUTHORIZATION

At time of pick up you will be required to leave a deposit to cover the value of the insurance excess. Usually it takes the form of an amount
(minimum: excess+fuel+vat) being blocked on an international credit card in the name of the primary driver (cash deposits, maestro, switch
visa electron, AMEX and debit cards are not accepted). This company does not accept prepaid, reloadable or virtual credit cards as well as

The blocked amount will be returned in full at the end of the rental provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as rented.

Excess for car groups is: from 900.00€ to 2500.00€ depending on car group and class.
