 PREFACE

Yayasan Lima Roti Dua Ikan Indonesia is a social humanitarian agency. Social responsibility
and Education are part of our calling to help society. Surely, we need the society to support our
programs.

We know that Covid-19 has shook the world. Many countries are facing economic problems
including Indonesia. It also affects to Yayasan Lima Roti Dua Ikan Indonesia. In many situations, we
have to stop supporting some schools. In another school, sadly, we have to cut off salary of teachers.

We have the main program, that is Early Childhood Education or Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini
( PAUD ). TK Misi Bagi Bangsa Rawakalong Jln. Setia Mekar Gang Wihara No.22 RT.003/RW.021
Desa Setia Mekar, Kec. Tambun Selatan Kab. Bekasi is one of the schools. There is a program of
Pre-Kindergarten for 4 – 6 years old. This school is giving formal education but focus on character
building.
On March 2021, TK Misi Bagi Bangsa Rawakalong got an operational permit from Education
Authority. The next step, we will propose for accredtation, it may be on April 2023. But, we have
an obstacle about the building that we are using. We are renting the school building and it will be
finished on June 2024. The problem is we have not get any money yet to extend the lease.

At this time, we would like to thank you for your support to make TK Misi Bagi Bangsa Rawa
Kalong keep running up to now.

Here, we give the report of activities of TK Misi Bagi Bangsa Rawa Kalong in time of period
January – March 2023 and we also inform you the new management structure of Yayasan Lima Roti
Dua Ikan Indonesia, time period of 2021-2026.

 MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE OF YAYASAN LIMA ROTI DUA IKAN
INDONESIA, TIME PERIOD OF 2021-2026.

On 20th September 2021, in the meeting of foundation, it is assigned the new management
structure and confirmed the new office because the leasing of the old office has finished.

2. Since 20th September 2021, the new office of Yayasan Lima Roti Dua Ikan Indonesia is
TDR Technology Center Jln. Swadaya IV No.09, RT.14 / RW.04 Rawa Terate, Kec.
Cakung, Jakarta Timur , Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta ( 13920 ) formerly in Komplek
Golden Truly Dept. , Jln. Gunung Sahari Raya No. 59, Jakarta Pusat 10610. It changed
because the owner of Golden Truly did not extend the lease.

2. Learning Activities

Learning activities of TK Misi Bagi Bangsa Rawakalong is using learning method

through playing learning center system based on curriculum 2013, it is learning in different
classes with many fun activities and it is suitable with the learning center. There are 5 (five)
learning center:

2.1 Preparing Center
In preparing center, students are given many activities related introducing reading,
writing, and accounting.

2.2 Art Center

In this center, students are challenged to do some activities related to art.

Students are making flower Student is making collage art sun Student is doing painting using a
shape from colored small stones. flower from coconut pulp. comb.

 1.3 Block Center
In this center, students will learn how to know geometric shapes and play the block
puzzle.

Students are making the museum from blocks.

1.4 Outdoor Center

In this center, students will be learning and playing outdoor with many activities.

Student is brushing her teeth. Student is making a snack shape Students are playing a can phone
and word “ular’ with playdough.

 1.5 Cooking Center

In this center, student will be learning cooking, starting to prepare the ingredients,
washing the materials after that they will be cooking together and eating together.

Students are getting enough food.

Students are plucking the spinaches.

II. Teacher Activities

Name : Sepertiani Mendrofa

Function : Teacher B Group of TK Misi Bagi Bangsa
Active for TK Misi Bagi Bangsa since Juni 2019

Sepertiani Mendrofa or Miss Nani is a teacher B Group of TK Misi Bagi Bangsa and she has
responsible teaching for kids 5 - 6 year old.

Schedule of teaching activities from Monday to Friday:

Pukul 07.00 am : With other teachers we pray togegther

PPukul 07.15 – 07.30 am: Preparing all material activities and having a convenient
classroom
Pukul 07.30 – 08.30 : Having a holy morning with students
Pukul 08.30 – 10.30 : Teaching in the class
Pukul 10.30 – 11.15 : Break Time

 Pukul 11.15 – 12.15 : Making a Daily Teaching Plan with other teachers
Pukul 12.15 - 13.00 :Preparing all material activities for tomorrow
Pukul 13.00: Go home
Pukul 13.30: arrive at home

Name : Adelia Avigael Simanjuntak

Adelia Avigael Simanjuntak or Gael is a female student of group B2 TK Misi Bagi Bangsa
Rawakalong. She is 6 years old. She is the second child from Mr. Ronni Maradona Simanjuntak
and Mrs. Enny Anti Sihotang. Her house is around 2 km from the school and she get the school
by motorcycle subscription. The reason why her parents put on her at TK Misi Bagi Bangsa
because the school is using character building system for students and there is a play learning
concept. Gael is a cheerful child and she has self confidence. Everytime she does some activities,
she always singing. Below this interview result with Gael:

Teacher: Hi Gael.. How are you today?

Gael : I am good miss..
Teacher: Can I ask you some things..?
Gael : Sure.....
Teacher: What activity do you like?

 Gael : I like art center especially coloring. But, at home I like play tik Tok...
Teacher : May I know, why do you like coloring?
Gael : I like it because it’s fun...
Teacher: Ok,, what else do you like, Gael?
Gael : Reading book...
Teacher: What book do you like to read?
Gael : Story Book.
Teacher: Ok, What do you want to be?
Gael : I want to be a Pilot?
Teacher: Why do you want to be a Pilot?
Gael : I want to take people to Malaysia and to Japan...
Teacher: So, How will you do to be a Pilot?
Gael : Reading many books, study hard, and get practise.
Teacher: ok.. Thank you so much Gael. Keep on fire to get your goal and study hard always...

 IV. CLOSING

Thus the report that we can make about the activities of TK Misi Bagi Bangsa Rawa Kalong
Yayasan Lima Roti Dua Ikan Indonesia. Hopefully, through this report you will know all our
activities in 3 months. We hope we can continue our partneship so the ministry of Yayasan Lima
Roti Dua Ikan Indonesia keep going well. Thank you and God bless.
