Introduction
1.Understanding and Personal Strength

Hello, I'm Shalven Mohan. Through introspective thought and the organization of this Business
Innovation unit, I have been able to gain a deeper understanding of who I am as a person this
semester. Additionally, I have improved my ability to collaborate with others, my networking
abilities, and my understanding of my own distinctive personality.
2. What I have learnt about my strength how these are important for my
future self
I gained the most insight into my assets from the results of my "values in real life (Through)"
qualities profile, which allowed me to identify humor, honesty, and prudence as my main three
assets. Humor has tremendous positive effects on both one's psychological and physical health.
Humor boosts mental agility and awareness by forcing people to look at things from many
angles. In addition to making the initiator feel much better and happier, making people laugh.
Additionally, there are a number of benefits for the people who are the focus of humor.
According to study, laughing has been shown to lower stress, create social connections, and even
intensify fixation. People come together when they laugh, and it spreads like wildfire so it can
create a better working environment and it will be easy for me to interact with my colleagues.
Humor, according to Simon Wiesenthal, is "the weapon of the unarmed: It allows oppressed
people to chuckle at the things that injure them." Prudence enables me to view the master plan
rather than just the current circumstance. With this perspective, routine tasks become easier to
complete and I can see a more distinct, direct path to achieving my objectives. Prudent thinking
encourages me to think about the larger impact that these factors will have rather than becoming
bogged down in the minute details. Since we exercise judiciousness, we may make judgments
that are based on facts, prioritize important tasks, have to keep in mind the big picture, and
finally result in a goal that is successful. Honesty is also crucial in relationships, both personal
and professional. When representatives speak the truth at work, a culture of trust among them
emerges. A trustworthy person tells the truth, maintains their reputation, and refrains from lying,
deceiving, cheating, or stealing. Which makes me a trustable person and this qualities will serve
me well in the future. Additionally, they are verifiable, impartial, and honest. Being honest is
stating things as they actually were, as opposed to how you "accept" or wish they had been. My
opinions on leadership, forgiving, and self-regulations have evolved over the course of the
semester, and I now recognize the importance of connections to the success of associations and
society as a whole.
Strength spotting activities
In contrast to other techniques used in persuasive writing to express emotions, emotional is a method
for addressing close to home understanding. The key distinction is that it refers to experiencing one's
direction deeper deeply into an emotion during an emotion episode that is combined with a sense of
personal weakness rather than being based on thought or emotional discernment. Close to home
strength is a foreseeable susceptibility to this response to intense experience, from a dispositional
perspective (Somerfield & McCrae, 2000; Weber, 1997; Folkman & Moskowitz, 2004). I have a strong
sense of motivation, whether it's for work, leisure, or both. I force myself to do chores. Because
motivation requires a realistic vision, a thorough understanding of what has to be accomplished, a
compelling desire, and faith in one's abilities. Because when I lack inspiration and motivation, I either
don't achieve anything or produce just average results; on the other hand, when I am motivated, I will
deliver more and more advanced results. A student who struggles with motivation and rarely studies can
keep up with someone who is strongly convinced and dedicates a few hours to learning. According to
Haybron (2008), every understudy will receive grades that are absolutely obvious.
4 Me and my strength video
I have strong communication abilities, which will be helpful in my future employment. I had to
brush up on my communication abilities since I used to have poor communication skills, which
was a difficult time in my life. Because of this, effective communication skills are essential in all
spheres of life. A person's personal and professional lives are negatively impacted by a lack of
excellent communication skills. In the end, I discovered that effective communication skills are a
necessary step to achieving my life goals.
5. My understanding and assessment of Networking skills
Because of my recent research on the relevance of social capital and networks, I have recently
come to grasp the importance of appearance in creating a solid foundation from which to grow
my talents. I currently understand how to make the "optimistic" associations in my "Systems
administration Guide" and value the "appropriability" (De Jansz, S.C., and Forrest, M.L., 2008)
capacity of my ongoing organization after reading the results of my "Self-Assessment Systems
administration Review."
I can see the value of essentially maintaining these ties now that I am aware of the significance
of organizations and the potential value of the inside contacts I have already made. As I work to
become the bookkeeping manager, the group of friends and partners I currently have might prove
to be precious assets. Expanding my network of contacts outside of my immediate area would
significantly aid me in achieving the goals I have set for my "future self," according to Drucker
(1999), who claimed that "having a more extensive data network was connected with more
noteworthy hierarchical information and undertaking dominance."
6. Understanding of Belonging and Distinctives Tension in Teamwork
Whether a group is established or just getting started, every member needs to feel welcomed,
invited, and connected. On the off chance that the group's components, trust, and compatibility
are off, the group's goals and final execution will endure. Similar to individuals, organizations
may not always function smoothly just because members have common interests. The keys to
success include variety and combining a person's numerous talents, approaches, and
competencies. Execution and outcomes depend heavily on the group's sense of belonging and
recognition. People should have faith in one another since cooperation is essential. They must
have the courage to scream out and the confidence to engage in conversation with and encourage
one another if they are to work brilliantly as a group. Without openness and trust, this is
impossible. Disappointment should be fully turned around and used as a learning opportunity to
help the group thrive. High-performing groups cannot have a culture of blaming others.
However, the group successfully functioned as a team that could balance individual effort with
collective effort without engaging in even a single disagreement. Instead, problems were
investigated and handled as they arose without restraint. Colleagues looked at a desirable
workplace where they were free to express themselves, make use of their natural talents,
collaborate effectively when necessary, and generally hang around. They were able to complete
everything on schedule because of their helpful collaboration. Colleagues' claims of successful
teamwork demonstrated their trust in one another.
